The owner is very atencious, the place is clean and even being in Dadonghai it’s not noisy, is very comfortable. I strongly recommend.

Everything was satisfactory and matched the description. The hostess was responsive and helped me call a taxi for my flight. She replied quickly. The only downside for me personally was the very hard bed. After an orthopedic mattress, it felt incredibly firm, like sleeping on a wooden board.

We really liked this apartment. We stayed there for almost a month, and the owners are very responsive. You can message them asking for help and they're right at your door. The location is fantastic, very convenient for getting to the sea and bus stops. The only thing we missed was a microwave. But be prepared to scrub the dishes and kitchen surfaces yourself on check-in day. The view from the window is fantastic, you can barely see the sea. We asked to be moved to a higher floor because the view was of an old rooftop where people were always hanging out (it felt like there was zero privacy).

Excellent apartments. Definitely worth the money. The beach is close, a weak hairdryer is available, and laundry gel is also provided. There wasn't a single cleaning service during the week; you'll likely need to request a cleaning and towel change. You can't use the elevator without a key, which I consider a downside; I had to go downstairs every time I wanted food delivered. Dishes, a kettle, a gas stove, and a large TV are provided.

Easy to find; the hostess met us downstairs and showed us the way. Excellent location, a 6-minute walk to the sea. Cozy and comfortable apartment on the 7th floor. The elevator requires a key to access the floor. Without a key, the button won't press, so strangers are not allowed in. Clean and spacious. A pleasant stay. The bed linens and towels are clean. Everything you need is provided, including shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher, along with cooking utensils, various plates, and cutlery. Very attentive staff, always available. We had one problem, but they resolved it immediately. Thank you for a pleasant stay; we'll be happy to return.

The apartment experience was amazing! Everything worked perfectly. The location is fantastic, everything is nearby! The soundproofing is excellent. The hosts are wonderful and responsive! I'll definitely be back in Hainan again.

A nice apartment in the heart of Dadonghai. The amenities are fantastic, everything is close by, and the sea is just 7 minutes away. We were disappointed that there were rust stains on the towels and bed linens when we checked in, but the owner agreed to replace them, so everything was fine. We saw a few small cockroaches on different days and one huge one. But overall, this is normal for Asia, so we weren't too alarmed. Towels were changed upon request. Otherwise, the room matched the description and photos.

I chose this apartment and was very pleased. The service was friendly, and the photos matched reality. It's in the center of Dadonghai, close to everything. Last year, I stayed at the Ssaw hotel across the street, and this year I chose this apartment. It has a washing machine, refrigerator, and kitchenette, and clothes dryers on hangers in the hallway. A huge thank you to everyone for their help and a wonderful stay. The restaurant at Leshi's is nearby and offers delicious food. I highly recommend it.

The guesthouse didn't live up to expectations. The photos looked cozy and the reviews were good, but the room was disappointing. The hosts were nice, but that didn't make it any cleaner or more comfortable. The room was old, and the furniture was shabby, like the rest of the building. The bathroom partition didn't help—water was all over the floor. The kitchen had mismatched dishes, no mugs, empty cabinets, and years of grease on the surfaces. They didn't seem to care about guests—they could have provided salt, pepper, sugar, and a little cooking oil. The bed linens were of poor quality. For the same price, you'd be better off staying in a hotel.

The location was great. I asked for a balcony, but the language barrier didn't seem to work in my favor. Plus, this building doesn't have balconies per se, just a recess. The kitchen had a frying pan, a slow cooker, and a steamer—not to be confused with ours (they have both a saucepan and a steamer, which is a cool thing). The room was listed as 45 square meters, but in reality, it was only about 20 square meters. At least they checked us in not at 2:00 a.m., but as soon as we arrived at 7:00 a.m., which was a big thank you since we'd been flying all night and wanted to rest. There were mugs, plates, and forks in the kitchen, but unfortunately, there were no spoons. We're not picky, so we liked it. We asked for a change of linens within half an hour, and they changed them, as well as our towels. For those who are willing to cook for themselves, this option is very suitable. If you want someone to clean up after you and prepare you for your trip to the hotel, you'll be fine. We loved it ✌👍

The owner of the apartment is a very nice woman! She provided everything you could ask for. The apartment is located near the sea, in the center of Dadonghai, with many restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Two Zima shopping centers are nearby, and the Ananas shopping center is a 15-minute walk away. The apartment has a kitchen, so you can cook. The kitchen closes, so you don't hear any noise. I had noise issues in other apartments, so I moved here for a few days, and now I've extended my stay.

The apartments are excellent, close to the sea, a supermarket, and bus stops if you want to visit the city and attractions of Sanya.
