You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset while lying on the bed. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of high quality, showing the luxury in every detail. The hotel service is first - rate. From the warm reception at the front desk to the attentive bellboys helping with luggage, you will feel the warmth throughout. The waiters in the restaurant will carefully recommend local specialties, catering to different taste preferences. The staff by the pool will promptly hand over towels and drinks, and take the initiative to help find a shaded umbrella spot. The hotel also arranges various activities for families with children. The staff accompany the kids patiently, allowing parents to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Here, you not only enjoy a comfortable stay but also experience high - quality service. Sanya MGM Resort is the perfect place for a beachside vacation. I'm looking forward to coming back again.

This is not the first time our family has been to Sanya. However, it was our first time at the MGM Hotel and I will say that the choice of this hotel made us very happy. This hotel is ideal for families with children. Despite the cool weather this hotel has several pools with heated water. The owner of the hotel took care and spent not a little money so that the guests were very comfortable to rest. Huge territory and lots of entertainment for children. Happy children - happy parents.  I would especially like to mention a hotel employee called Tina. From the first minute we were at the hotel she helped, advised and gave the warmest welcome Even late at night our requests she did not leave without attention. She is very hard working and kind person. Thank you Tina so much!!! We wish everyone to visit this hotel and enjoy sunny days in Sanya!!!

This was our third stay at MGM grand sanya, and once again, it did not disappoint. We had a few issues on the first day, but the staff quickly resolved them. A special shout-out to “Jelly”, who went above and beyond, solving every problem we encountered with professionalism and kindness. Her dedication made our stay so much smoother and more enjoyable. The breakfasts were as delicious as ever, and there were plenty of child-friendly activities to keep the kids entertained. The fruit shop on the first floor was another highlight, with its incredibly fresh mangoes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Everything was great , the hotel is big and has all the necessary facilities, the breakfasts were good , the room was also big , so there’s enough space . I like a lot that they share WeChat contact of the hotel stuff with you , so in case if you need anything you can just text and manager will reply and arrange everything for you . I didn’t find the iron so I texted Elina and in 10 minutes the iron was delivered to my room . She was in touch with me all the time , that was really nice

Amazing Family Stay at MGM Hotel! We recently stayed as a family in one of the villas at the MGM Hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so warm and welcome. Every detail was taken care of, and the service was top-notch. The housekeepers were meticulous, ensuring our villa was always spotless and comfortable. A special mention to the staff at Neera restaurant—Lukas, Mark, and the lovely female restaurant manager went above and beyond to make sure we were well-fed and that our kids had the best time. Their attention and genuine care made every meal memorable. The buggy rides were a highlight, thanks to Aiger, who made them so fun and engaging for the whole family! And we can’t thank Miko enough— she owas always ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay seamless and stress-free. This was a perfect family getaway, and we can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for warm hospitality, impeccable service, and a great family-friendly environment, MGM Hotel is definitely the place to be. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff. Couldn't find my reservation to make it up to me - upgraded the room. My manager Jelly is very nice, helped with every question. Very good food, clean beach. Allowed to check out later. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As soon we Checked-in, we were on the good hands of Mr Sean (big thanks to him and the other staff) for handling all our small issues. Upgraded the room when we asked politely. Perfect view from the balcony. The kids have a lot of activities in the hotel ( we just have to go out at night and eat outside as limited choice for the international food inside the hotel) Beach is perfect and you are allowed to swim until the security close it at 7pm with a lock 🤣 (kidding of course). Breakfast is full of choices for everyone ( especially if you eat Chinese style breakfast) but expect line up and very friendly staff which are there to bring you anything you want (salmon and cheese included) Water Sports activities is worth the money.

Beach front hotel, big room, the breakfast is quite good, there’s a pool bar and restaurant. Loved everything in general

A great holiday in Sany will never be relish with the exceptional service of Jelly Shen in MGM Grand Sanya. She has distinguish herself as someone above board in customer relations and surprised me with a bday cake and goodies plus a great service on my birthday. It was memorable as that day every guest was stuck in the hotel due to Typhoon Yagi and it helps ease the fears of the Typhoon looming. Thank you once again for an examplery stay and service.

Secluded location suitable for quiet getaway. Large hotel with a private beach and other beach activities that can keep families occupied for the whole day.

Our stay in MGM grand Sanya was amazing, it’s me, my wife and two kids! Since we did the check-in the staff was very friendly and they assigned a Guest relation expert to assist us during our stay, her name is Jelly Shen (Jelly小沈). She was absolutely amazing, anything we need she was ready to help, even booking restaurant outside hotel or helping us buying medicines for our kids and helping to get friendly with hotel agenda. Really amazing, she made our stay better! About the hotel, they have a nice structure, I stayed in the family room with golf course view, very big room and very clean! The only thing as sometimes trick, is that there is no options of western food on the hotel dinner. There is a buffet at swimming pool and we feel that they could have like a sandwich, French fries or pizza there, it would make even more pleasant our stay once it’s an international hotel. That was the only thing we miss there! The beach was really at doorstep and very clean, with staff always helping there. There were also a lot of activities for the kids.
