Sheraton Sanya Yalong Bay Resort

The public areas were absolutely amazing; my kid even said they wanted to stay a few more days, haha! The service was also top-notch, always responsive to our requests. Alina at the front desk provided excellent service. We'll definitely come back next time ❤️

The Sheraton's service and quality are consistently excellent. There's a concierge at the entrance, and the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's environment and facilities are also fantastic. I'm not sure why some reviews mentioned it being old; the facilities seemed quite new to me. The pool was clean and clear, the beach was uncrowded, and there were plenty of towels. Breakfast offered a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. After checking out, the front desk called to ask if I had received a gift, as it seemed the hotel had forgotten to provide it. They even offered to mail it to my home, which was a very thoughtful gesture.

I stayed in a sea-view room on the seventh floor. The room was very clean, and although the facilities were simple and perhaps not the most modern, the bedding was quite good. It felt like it had been renovated, as there were no issues with dampness or old age as some mentioned. The staff throughout the hotel were warm and courteous. There were plenty of seats and the environment was excellent, especially sitting in the lobby bar, feeling the sea breeze directly facing the ocean – it was truly comfortable. Additionally, the therapists at the Dazzling SPA on the first floor were very skilled, making it well worth a try.

The public areas are beautiful and perfect for photos. The staff were very responsive and helpful. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and I had trouble with the bathroom door getting stuck and the balcony door being old and difficult to open. The duty manager, Allen, helped resolve all these issues. Overall, I'm satisfied; the minor flaws didn't detract from the experience.

The room facilities were complete, and the living experience was very comfortable. The balcony offered a direct view of the beach, which was perfect. Thanks to the duty manager Allen, the front desk staff, and the room service team. The room was cleaned very well, and when we mentioned the pillows were too high, they promptly sent two buckwheat pillows. Before we left, Allen even gave us two souvenirs, which was very thoughtful.

The Sheraton is absolutely stunning! The lobby design is super cool and spacious, and the public areas are just gorgeous. They don't have a butler service, but all the staff are friendly. I waited about 40 minutes for check-in and got a free upgrade to a suite. The room was so big it actually made me a bit restless at night! Both balconies offer amazing sea views. Breakfast was pretty average though, not much variety, but the Hainan noodles and Baoluo noodles were delicious. The dining area is nice and cool, and the beach views are incredible. They're very strict about not letting you swim after a certain time, which feels very safe. I'd love to visit Sanya again! The complimentary photoshoot included 5 original photos, and the photographer was pretty good. I paid an extra 100 RMB for retouching.

This is a well-established resort hotel. The public areas are incredibly luxurious and beautiful, with tastefully designed gardens. The pool is also perfect for children. We received a free upgrade to a sea-view room, which was large and clean with excellent soundproofing and comfortable bedding. It's definitely a top choice for family trips.

The Sheraton's location in Yalong Bay is unparalleled, with stunning beach views. The hotel's public areas have a Southeast Asian vibe, and both the garden and pool are exceptional. The room was better than expected, and I have to praise how incredibly comfortable the bedding was! The restaurant has a beautiful open design, but unfortunately, the breakfast quality could use improvement, which is a minor flaw. After I brought it up, the duty manager Allen was very helpful in resolving the issue.

The service was excellent, and the hotel facilities weren't as old as some online reviews suggested; they're clearly well-maintained. We booked a room with a pool, which was an incredible value for the price. Neighboring hotels at the same price point only offered rooms with a 20-degree sea view and mediocre service. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the hotel's overall decor is bright and grand. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Sanya.
