Was a great stay!
Service is superb… even not much English speakers translators help easily!
Apil our butler was THE BEST and very helpful. As same as Nick from sunset bar, genuine care, pro active, and one of the most attentive staff i had seen…
We had small issue at the chinese restaurant in the first hour after checking, was quite disappointed but in the end Samantha come over to apologize and understanding the situation. Also provide service recovery immediately!
We looking forward to coming back..

文華東方的公區真的是極美，文華東方酒店管家Kennys服務也是非常好，位置來説真的很方便，雖然設施一般，但也不是一衹在房間裏待着，選文華就是喜歡它的度假感和私密性，看中的點滿意，其他的瑕疵都不重要了。小松鼠，項鍊，小童房卡，都很喜歡🥰。還有就是旅拍真的不錯。

第一次入住酒店後寫評價，因為真的是太完美了！入住酒店那一刻起，就被文華東方的美折服了，如果説三亞是南海之濱的璀璨皇冠，那文華東方酒店便是皇冠上最温潤雅緻的一顆珍珠。步入酒店瞬間彷彿穿越至東南亞祕境：搖曳的棕櫚樹、蜿蜒的景觀池與復古亭台交錯，隨處可見的東南亞雕塑與沉香裊裊的意境，讓人瞬間卸下塵世喧囂。和酒店的美相得益彰的是酒店工作人員的服務，入住便送了香檳，minibar也是免費暢飲，管家Elena在得知寶寶1歲生日後，立馬給寶寶佈置了房間，送了小松鼠項鍊小蛋糕，還貼心寫了賀卡，各種問題第一時間回覆。退房時貼心送了水和扇子。無邊泳池和家庭泳池更是棒極了，小童俱樂部寶寶可以興致勃勃玩很久。早餐強烈推薦龍蝦餛飩和榴蓮舒芙蕾。文華東方的“服務美學”真正做到了“預見需求而不打擾”。已經和家人約定好，每年寶寶的生日都會和文華東方相約。離店時回望那片隱於椰林中的建築羣，忽然懂得真正頂級的度假不是金碧輝煌的堆砌，而是讓每個細節都成為治癒心靈的葯引。如果説三亞其他酒店是炫目的鑽石，文華東方則是塊温潤的老玉——初看不覺驚艷，愈品愈覺餘韻悠長。

文華東方的好，是推開陽台就能看見的蔚藍海景，是房間裏質感細膩的床品，更是Kiki這樣把“客人的小事”當成“自己的大事”的温暖——她從不是機械地完成服務，而是真的把我們的需求記在心裏，用一個個細碎的舉動，讓“度假”變成了“回家般的安心”。下次再來三亞，一定還選這裏，不為別的，就想再跟Kiki説一句“這次又要麻煩你啦”。

原以為颱風會讓文華東方失色，抵達後卻驚喜發現，修剪整齊的綠植仍綴滿庭院，海面漾着澄澈波光，連被雨水潤過的白牆，都透着別樣清新。既有風雨後依舊動人的景緻，更有Kiki這般把客人放在心上的温暖，這趟入住，比預期更治癒。
酒店的環境很好，服務也特別到位。

The hotel was exceptional, and the food was delicious. The hotel staff was very nice in general, but a big thanks to my assistant Apil who was incredible and helped me with everything he was very patient and lovely troughout our stay. I would recommend this hotel! Very nice ambiance and environment

A very beautiful and elegant hotel, well-maintained and with very kind and helpful staff. Miss Shiyu, in particular, was fantastic. She welcomed us upon our arrival and was very accommodating to our requests, helping us greatly with the Chinese language barrier. The girl Ru at the tea shop was also very kind and professional, taking me on an imaginary journey while tasting some delicious tea.
The breakfast was truly exceptional, with a huge variety and very high quality
