Holiday Inn Resort SANYA BAY by IHG

I've stayed at Holiday Inn multiple times, and this time I even got a room upgrade. The environment is great, and it's very close to Phoenix Airport. On this visit, I noticed they've added a lot of new recreational facilities, which were so much fun I didn't want to leave. The hotel is also just across the road from the beach, and the sunsets there are beautiful. What's more, the butler service was excellent – they answered all my questions promptly and followed through on everything. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Sanya!

Room: Very spacious and clean. Bed rails can be installed, and the balcony glass has great soundproofing. Baby toiletries were also prepared in the room in advance. Facilities: The pool area is divided into three sections—a water park, a large swimming pool, and a hot spring pool. The hot spring pool is at 40°C, so playing in the water at night isn't chilly at all. The little train is free and has unlimited rides. The beach is just a short walk away, and there is a designated swimming spot right by the sea. Highly recommended for those who want to swim in the ocean. Dining: The breakfast is very rich. In addition to the usual pumpkin, Chinese yam, and corn, they also provide various baby food options such as carrot puree, pumpkin puree, taro puree, and steamed egg custard. Dining with a little one is completely hassle-free.

Holiday Inn was bustling during the National Day holiday, with plenty of activities for kids like go-karts, bubble parties, and various games – all great fun. The hotel is just across the road from Coconut Dream Corridor beach, and the breakfast spread is extensive. Highly recommended!

This was my second stay here, this time traveling with my baby. The kids' club facilities were great, and my little one had a wonderful time. The butler service was also very thoughtful and always responsive to our questions. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and tasted delicious.

My stay here was excellent, and I have to give a special shout-out to our housekeeper, Linda. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us warmly. The bell staff helped with our luggage, and our room was perfectly arranged. Any requests we had were answered super quickly, and she was always so kind and friendly. We felt incredibly comfortable during our stay. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be asking for Linda again next time!

The room was upgraded. Almost all the kids' entertainment facilities at the hotel are free, and the environment is great. For the price, it's really good value for money. Especially the butler Nicky, who was fantastic!

Daisy provided exceptional service, and the hotel environment was fantastic. My kids had an amazing time there, with plenty of play facilities. The food was also delicious.

We stayed at Holiday Inn during the Mid-Autumn Festival and were pleasantly surprised from the moment we checked in. Our sea-view family room was upgraded to a suite, which was spacious, clean, and had new facilities – very satisfying! 👍 A big thank you to our butler #Paddy, who promptly resolved all our queries, big and small, throughout our stay. The service was excellent! 👍 The hotel also had a wide array of Mid-Autumn activities, like crab catching, bubble wars, and go-karts. Our whole family had a fantastic time. We'll definitely stay at Holiday Inn again next time we're in Sanya Bay! 😄

The room was clean and tidy, and the living room was spacious enough. There was even a small tent, which was a nice touch. The beach outside is also very close, and the sunset views are beautiful. The hotel breakfast was good too. Overall, it's really good value for money.
