Palace Resort Yalong Bay Sanya

Palace Hotel Sanya Yalong bay is a good hotel location is one of the best one very close to the beach and restaurants and shops, hotel is in good condition staff is also very good, first day my room was too loud and noisy ,  i asked to change my room they changed my room to more quite one, there is one girl helping out to guests if they need anything giving complementary fruits , there is beautiful girl Lucy helped us during our stay to change our room and give us some gifts , i highly recommend to stay in that hotel and find Lucy to help you out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Palace Resort! Everything was amazing from start to finish. Xiaoyu was especially friendly, helpful, and welcoming during our stay, and she made us feel very well taken care of. The pools were fantastic and our children had such a great time enjoying all the activities. The beach area is absolutely beautiful, and our bedroom was amazing — comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family. The room cleaning team was also excellent. Our room was cleaned beautifully every day, and we really appreciated their hard work and attention to detail. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked to come back again next week! We are really looking forward to returning and enjoying the resort again. Highly recommended! ❤️

The hotel was conveniently located about five minutes away from the beach and just like two minutes from any of the big shopping streets with a bunch of restaurants. Especially the service from the service staff was incredible. They were very kind and accommodating for all the issues and even brought an extra fruit when he had some trouble with the reception in the hotel as compensation. We had a staff member named Clare, who was so amazing. He took care of everything we needed within the minute, basically was always ready and everything we asked for basically got done with a snap of our fingers, which was just phenomenal and unbelievable. I personally really love the in-house fruit store that they had which sold fruit to a regular price no charge whatsoever with a big selection. All the fruit was very delicious especially the mango.

This hotel is so Great. Location is perfect, you can walk around all restaurant and shopping area just cross the street. Beach is 2 minutes walk. Facilities are great, kids play ground so big. Kids pool is super,I hardly take of my children from pool, they want to stay all day. Room was big and plus garden so great. Lake and mountain view super. Restaurant dinner and breakfast was good. Dinner time mermaid show was good, kids love it. Staff is friendly and kind. Room have everything included capsul coffee machine. So you can make your coffee and seat in the garden and relax.
