The sea view rooms offer breathtaking vistas; you can simply open your window to enjoy the stunning ocean scenery, creating an incredible ambiance! The hotel environment is clean and elegant, with thoughtful touches everywhere. The room facilities are super comprehensive, with a fridge and washing machine included, making it feel just like home. The outdoor swimming pool has crystal-clear water, perfect for both fun and relaxation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, highly recommended!

This hotel boasts a superb location: 270° panoramic sea views directly facing Phoenix Island, with just a 5-minute walk to the First Market and Coconut Dream Corridor. Facilities are incredibly comprehensive: an infinity pool and a heated pool, rooms equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and induction cooker, plus a kitchen perfect for cooking seafood. It's very family-friendly: featuring a 5000㎡ indoor play area, a children's pool open until 10 PM, and family suites with two bedrooms and a living room. Excellent value for money: during the off-season, you can enjoy a 180° sea view bathtub for just 200+ per person, and breakfast includes Hainanese specialty desserts. The staff were very welcoming and always actively helped me with any issues I had. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Thumbs up to the hotel and a special shoutout to butler Luy, who was also incredibly attentive.

The facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is acceptable. There's a private butler service, though they don't proactively offer a complimentary fruit plate – remember to ask for it. I stayed for two nights, and there was an event outside my window every night, which was incredibly loud. Even with the windows closed, it was still very noisy, but it usually ended around 9:30 PM. The pool is quite nice, and the sea view is great. Overall, the value for money is decent.

This was my first time staying at the Tiancheng Central Seaview Hotel in Sanya. I booked a twin room, and the hotel environment was excellent with very complete facilities. The staff were incredibly helpful, always attentive and quick to resolve any issues I had. I arrived back at the hotel around 11 PM one night, and they had thoughtfully kept my room reserved and even showed me to a new room, which I really appreciated. The next day, they even followed up to ask about my stay, making me feel right at home. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Great experience! The sea-view room was well-equipped with all necessary facilities. There's a swimming pool, gym, and parking available. The location is excellent, very close to First Market, International Shopping Center, and Sinopharm Duty-Free Shop. Highly recommended!

Choosing Tiancheng Central Coast Seaview Hotel for my Sanya trip was absolutely the right decision! 👍 The room was spotless, and the ocean view was simply breathtaking. I have to especially commend the hotel's butler service; they took care of every single detail from check-in to check-out. They answered all my questions and even helped plan my itinerary. Having such a thoughtful butler made the trip so easy and enjoyable. Next time I'm in Sanya, I'm definitely staying here again!
