Pros: Beautiful environment, Thai-style gardens, and a swimming pool. There's a shuttle service to the rooms and the beach, and it's relatively cheaper than nearby hotels. Cons: The room interiors are decorated in a style from over a decade ago. The facilities are old and in need of repair; the bathroom faucet was broken and couldn't switch properly, leading to water all over the floor while showering. The cleanliness was also mediocre; the sheets were stained black and looked unclean. From the outside, it looks like a star-rated hotel, but the internal hardware doesn't match up. The service was average; the front desk staff had a poor attitude, never using polite greetings in person or on the phone, maintaining a poker face throughout.

This is a great resort hotel, though the facilities are a bit old. Specifically, there aren't enough power outlets and the TV is quite small. However, the room itself is spacious, with a large balcony that includes a bathtub – perfect for dining and enjoying the view. It's really ideal for a vacation.

Before my stay, I saw reviews mentioning issues with the hot water, and I thought it might just be isolated incidents. But after actually staying, I realized the facilities really are lacking. There wasn't enough hot water late at night, and even after waiting an hour, it still didn't heat up. Although they eventually gave us another room to shower in, the experience was still very poor because you absolutely cannot use two showers at the same time. The hot water runs out instantly, and the water pressure becomes incredibly low. On the first day of check-in, we didn't notice because we showered one by one. But on the second day, when we tried to shower consecutively and in two rooms simultaneously, it was a complete failure. I suspect the hot water pump used for the suites is the same model as for the standard rooms, and its performance is simply inadequate. To top it off, the hotel sets the default temperature at 40 degrees Celsius. Yes, only 40 degrees. When there was no hot water in our own room, housekeeping came and adjusted the temperature first, but it still heated up very slowly. Later, when we used the newly opened room for showering, I specifically paid attention, and it was only 40 degrees. So, it's barely enough if you shower one after another and use very little water. Otherwise, the water simply won't heat up. The resort environment is lovely, and the service is good, but this hot water issue is just terrible. Everyone, do not book a suite.

We got an upgraded room facing the sea, and it felt like a little slice of Southeast Asia, quiet and relaxing. You really don't need to leave the room to enjoy a peaceful vibe. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the commercial center. The resort grounds are definitely worth exploring; they're stunning in the sunlight. The front desk offers a shuttle service, making it super easy to get around the property. Breakfast was plentiful. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean, bright, and spacious. The photos I've shared are of the hotel garden, and as you can see, it's beautiful. I was very satisfied with the hotel's service; the staff's warm hospitality made the place feel so welcoming. I'll definitely be back with my family in the future!

The hotel environment is generally good and quite spacious; you need to take a shuttle to your room! I booked a courtyard room, and the front desk upgraded me to a loft for free. The room was huge, with a private balcony offering great views! The hotel also provides free shuttles to the beach and duty-free shops! My only minor complaint is that the hotel seems a bit old, probably due to its age. I hope they consider upgrading and renovating it!
