Exceptional tropical resort - very beautifully decorated and massive rooms close to the sea. Kind staff and good gym facilities. Great breakfast. There was a massive storm and didn’t feel anything through the night, it’s very well built.

The room was spacious and luxurious. Very clean. Excellent breakfast buffet. I enjoyed a full body massage at the hotel clinique (with a 15% discount)! The therapist was terrific. Staff members were very kind and helpful. The location is convenient by shuttle or taxi to a Buddhist area (loved it) and also to a Taoist park (highly recommended). 2 full days for me was great. They also have a nice swimming pool and several restaurants.
One thing to note: there is a beach within walking distance but nothing else. For me it was not a problem.

The stay at this hotel was great! The room was very spacious and nice. The bathtub was great and the outdoor patio was nice. The air conditioner didn’t work well in our room. The breakfast was yummy and they had very delicious French toast. The pool was ok but it’s not very deep so hard to actually swim in it. It’s close to the beach which is nice. I didn’t find many good restaurant options nearby tried one of the restaurants at the hotel and it was so good it was just alright. The service was great they helped us find cheaper rental car options locally and drove us there which was wonderful. They have a shuttle to some popular tourist places and the airport as well. Overall the hotel is good but quite far from the popular places in Sanya.

From our arrival to our departure, the staff was extremely helpful. The check-in process went very quickly, and our room was cleaned daily. The doorman at the hotel helped us with the strollers and luggage whenever we left the hotel.
Although there are many restaurants nearby, it would be helpful to provide clear directions, especially for those who do not understand Chinese. Despite the hotel's location being a bit far from everything, there is a beach within walking distance, and Didi rides are affordable. The resort vibe of the hotel makes up for any travel costs.
Additionally, there is a bus shuttle available to some tourist attractions, but arrangements should be made 24 hours in advance. The bed was very soft and comfortable, with clean bedding. My family and I enjoyed our stay, and the private pool was the highlight of our time at the hotel.
Overall, we would definitely recommend it.
