很贊,負責接待的朋友很熱情!給了我指引,房子性價比很高,同樣的價格優勝過很多酒店,非常乾淨整齊,交通非常方便,周邊有很多好玩的，房東能租電瓶車，騎着很方便，是一次非常滿意的入住體驗!小區門口就是三亞灣海邊椰夢長廊、小區裏面飯店超市葯店水果店都很齊全、外賣也能送到小區裏，房東還能報一日遊、小區門口就是接送站點、真的很不錯、下次來三亞還會住在這裏、贊！

這俗稱民宿就要好好説道一下，開這麼多房間體驗最差一次1-電梯出來全是環形小道，整棟房子像空房，樓道燈暗極不安全2-房間燈少，很暗，冰箱沒插電很臭，電視是壞的，空調也不製冷3-所有陳設都很舊，好多東西也都生綉了，洗衣房的玻璃門沒裝掩攔沒有私密性，門也鎖不上，房間小碎花窗簾臟得發黃4-床單掉毛，極度難忍5-廁所花酒衹有頭頂能用，調器已壞，不洗頭的我硬是全打濕了6-洗手盆沒有熱水7-沒有浴巾，衹有這二條起了球不知用了幾代人的毛巾8-吹風機風巨小巨小，看看形狀能體會吧9-房間還沒有紙巾，紙巾都沒有10-房東態度差！好想知道為什麼有5.0的評分，除了空間大點，有個陽台，沒有什麼值得提得，説實話訂個八十的房子都沒這麼差的體驗感對了，隔音很差很差，一晚上的風聲，滲得慌11-被子也不乾淨，有血跡，睡醒才發現，真的臟！！！！

海景很漂亮，交通很方便，小區門口就有車站，各個景區都是直達的公交車，去海灘也很方便，睡眠不好的人也可以住，比較安靜，門口還有個阿姨賣水果，價格和港華市場差不多。旁邊就是軍事警備區，很有安全感！

本來定了三天，住了一天就退房了，
老闆説要付兩天房費，不然不給退房，
不會再住這家店了

酒店太不靠譜了下午五點多辦入住時候覺得很臟就算了也沒有前台，放下行李我們就去玩了，晚上十點多玩回來發現酒店沒有衞生紙，就找他們要，微信不回電活打過去他們説睡覺了休息了説是民宿不提供晚上服務，才晚上十點多難道讓我們自己去買紙？我老公脾氣好把電話掛了，我後來着急用紙又帶着孩子我又電話他們他們居然閑我對他們説話大聲不客氣還特別橫，我説你們服務好我就客氣了跟你們客氣你們説沒有服務不給送紙他們還不依不饒説我不應該嚷嚷對他們，我説要不我報警吧他們才掛了電話把紙送來不依不饒問我為什麼説話不客氣我給沒問你們為什麼什麼服務都沒有不在網上寫明白我們住過這麼多民宿都和普通酒店一個服務也沒碰到過這樣的第二天讓他們收下垃圾説讓我們自己扔他們不提供服務行就這態度服務原來我看到他家的評價肯定都是有水分的
