Every thing was perfect, breakfast was amazing , the room and private pool could be more clean i think All the staff were so kind and help us so many times

We had a fantastic stay, this hotel is an absolute amazing experience. Location could not be better, the infinity pool is the best and most beatiful I have ever seen. Breakfast was beyond delicious, such a huuuge variety and everything so fresh. The room with its view was amazing. Our butler Peggy made every wish possible and did a great job. All in all just amazing and such a warm service, everyone was so nice.

I had a fantastic stay in this resort. Everything was clean and everyone was so friendly. The view from the infinity pool is awesome. Also the restaurants are worth to try! Very delicious food. Overall this time at the Rosewood Sanya was truly exceptional. As an avid admirer of the Rosewood brand, I was delighted to stay in one of their pool rooms. The attentive service of our butler, Nanncy, both during our stay and with her pre-arrival communications, was incredibly heartwarming. The breakfast spread was abundant and indulgent, while the infinity pool offered breathtaking views. However, the only minor drawback was the excessive softness of the bed. Nonetheless, I've already arranged with Nanncy to ensure firmer bedding arrangements upon my next visit. A truly memorable experience encapsulated in just a few words.

General people’s impression about Sanya hotels are crowded mainland tourists .But this trip I found exactly the opposite. We arrived in Sanya Rosewood in non peak season. A lot of well trained staffs offers excellent services … restaurants food are delicious , house keeper are kind hearted , responsive and generous . Kids hv a lot of activities like cooking making, ornament design, and kite flying…. many times , our family was the guest in the sky swimming pool .. Nowhere else you can have such indulgence and privileges. Unforgettable experience ! Super deal!

Every moment spent here was special, and all the staff were kind and attentive, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant time. In particular, the friendly service provided by Ryan left a lasting impression, not only enhancing our satisfaction with the hotel but also creating a positive impression of Hainan, China. The hotel’s facilities were also very impressive. They were well-maintained, providing a consistently pleasant environment, and the garden landscaping was as beautiful as a painting. The lush green grass and flowers created a delightful atmosphere, making my morning walks a great joy. Such meticulous care truly elevated the hotel's quality. The yoga session we had in the morning was an extraordinary experience. Practicing yoga at a location with a view of the sunrise was simply magical, and I felt a deep connection with nature. The fresh air combined with yoga provided a precious time to refresh both body and mind. The breakfast buffet was another highlight not to be missed. The fresh vegetables and noodle were enough to whet our appetites, and enjoying breakfast while overlooking the sea brought happiness. Swimming with a view of the sea also made my stay at the Rosewood Hotel truly unforgettable. Through all these experiences, the Rosewood Hotel has come to mean more to me than just a place to stay. I find myself wanting to visit again. I would like to thank all the staff (especially Ryan), and I hope many others will have special experiences here in the future.

I had an unforgettable stay at the Rosewood Hotel. Every detail reflects its high standards and elegance. The room offered stunning views of the sunrise over Wuzhizhou Island, creating a tranquil paradise. The cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere. A special mention goes to Nanncy, the Guest Experience Manager, whose attentive service and prompt responses on WeChat made my stay even better. The spa services were fantastic, with professional therapists providing a relaxing experience amidst my busy schedule. Had an amazing stay, staff were very helpful, especially Nancy our appointed butler, she make our stay really enjoyable. The 2 infinity pools are really cool, with enough loungers and few wooden cabin (semi private and offer shading). 2 points to mentioned tho regards to the service: had to queue for breakfast on both morning, no seating were provided, a lake of care towards customers here. Also English level of most of the staff were limited, surprisingly. Luckily Nancy was always available so it didn’t affect our stay.

Great experience and worthwhile the stay. We especially enjoyed the nice authentic food in the Southeast Asian Restaurant and the drinks in the bar

Mixed feelings about this hotel. We arrived early and got early check in, which is nice and special preparation for birthday celebration etc. however staff and management of this hotel are very under trained. First of all, luggage was mixed up and sent someone else’s to our room. That first night they hosted in their pitch some company’s event which is fairly noisy and even heard karaoke singing throughout the night. When we try to complain, staff only replied systematic replies, said no notification for such events and later confirm that there is (after a few complaints). They also refer me by “laws” the people from that company can do as they want till 9pm. This is very unbearably for 5 stars hotel standard like rosewood. The next morning, similar things happened. Yoga class at 8am blasting music at the same pitch. Overall it’s a very nice hotel but service is not up to standard at all. 硬件很好，可惜其他地方对不起瑰丽这个品牌。草坪租出去公司活动，一整晚在唱ktv。服务生机械式回话，完全不是五星级的水平。 如果需要，我可以提供几个视频给参考。
