This hotel/resort will definitely go down in my books as one of the best I’ve ever stayed at! ❤️ As a foreigner in a place where most people couldn’t understand a word I was saying, I was genuinely amazed by how helpful and welcoming everyone at this hotel was. From the door attendants and security guards to the aunties and, of course, my amazing butler, 蓝莓 , everyone was incredibly kind and always ready to help. My butler 蓝莓 was up and ready to assist me at 11pm when I somehow managed to lock myself out on the balcony 😂. And when I couldn’t access my WeChat Pay to buy an ice cream, the security guard, 喵墩墩, actually stepped in and used his own WeChat Pay for me! 🥹 Those little moments made such a difference. I honestly felt so at home here, and that’s something I really value when travelling. I would absolutely recommend this resort to other foreigners visiting Sanya. The service, warmth and genuine willingness to help made my stay so memorable. ❤️

We stayed here during the National Day holiday, and it truly felt like a resort. The overall environment was very tranquil. Our kids especially loved the pool room; the pool depth of 0.6 meters was perfect for small children to play in. The evening 'entering night' ceremony was fantastic. I'm so glad I chose Taikang Hotel. Upon arrival and departure, staff helped me with my luggage, carrying it to and from the car and even up to my room. This was a huge help for a woman with a 20kg suitcase! The breakfast was delicious, with self-service for noodles and rice vermicelli, which prevents waste. The room was very new, and I really liked the decor. The pool was large and great for swimming. It's a shame I was in a rush this time and didn't get to take photos at the hotel. I'll definitely choose Taikang again on my next trip to Sanya.
