The hotel boasts grand architecture and a comfortable environment. Kids' morning activities are semi-outdoor, and afternoon activities are fully outdoor. We had to queue for breakfast at 10:30 AM, but the variety was impressive and the food tasted great. The queue was surprisingly long though; we waited 15 minutes and still had to opt for an outdoor table to be seated. The butler service was excellent, very responsive to all our requests. The biggest downside, however, was the excessive mold in the room! Traveling with kids, this is a real concern. There was a large patch of mold on the air conditioning vent. For such a large hotel, it's not enough to just do basic cleaning like mopping and changing sheets; the mold needs to be addressed! I contacted the butler who said the hotel manager would get in touch. I waited all day, and they later claimed my phone was unreachable, which was frustrating. On the third day, as I was about to check out, they offered a late check-out until 5 PM. As for the private pool, they claim the water is changed after each guest, but I doubt it. I saw new guests check into the room next door, and the pool water looked the same. It's best to bring your own pool chlorine tablets for peace of mind when your kids are swimming. Finally, I asked the front desk if they could arrange airport transfer, and they said a manager would call me in 5 minutes. I was already home, and no one ever called. Overall, the common areas are quite nice and suitable for a relaxing stay.

The environment is excellent, and the facilities are superb, with several swimming pools and six themed restaurants. The evening ceremony was spectacular. All the staff provided impeccable service, always ready to assist. Our butler, Fugui, was truly wonderful! He helped us with a complimentary room upgrade, and we received a fruit platter and a small cake upon arrival. During our stay, he resolved many issues for us, for which we are very grateful! We truly felt at home and warm. The hotel has daily activities, and I particularly enjoyed the coffee-making and tie-dyeing experiences – very fun and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The beach is just a five or six-minute walk away, which is very convenient, and there are swings to enjoy.

This hotel truly lives up to its name as a family-friendly resort. The facilities are brand new and the service is excellent, with a very strong sense of design. The kids absolutely loved the zip-line and grass-sledding in the valley garden. The large slide in the children's pool was a hit with both parents and kids – it was quite thrilling! The cakes and pastries at breakfast were very good, and the vanilla ice cream was delicious. It would be even better if the noodle station had some garlic oil. The evening ceremony was also very nice, both visually appealing and interactive. It's a bit of a distance from the beach, but you just cross the road and walk through a boardwalk in the protective forest. There are streetlights all the way at night, so it's not too far. The beach is quite gentle, and you can catch some decent-sized sand crabs. The only downside was that the foot-washing station at the main entrance didn't have any water when we returned.

Our vacation was absolutely fantastic! Before we even checked in, our dedicated 'Blueberry' butler reached out to us to ask about our needs. After we arrived, they were quick to respond to all our questions and sent us helpful travel guides. The concierge at the front desk was also incredibly helpful, assisting with our luggage and even opening car doors for us when getting in and out of taxis. The hotel offers a wide range of activities, and we booked several for the kids. The staff at the activity center were all so enthusiastic and welcoming. The hotel's evening ritual was a real highlight, with complimentary cocktails, boat rides, and an impressive fire show. You can truly feel how dedicated the hotel is to providing excellent service. Our child absolutely loved the pool room and spent almost the entire day in the pool. The water was always at a constant, comfortable temperature and was continuously circulated, which was a wonderful surprise during our rainy Sanya trip.

The design is great and quite interesting. Mango Butler service is excellent, always responsive to requests, and very thoughtful. The environment is beautiful, and its proximity to the duty-free shop and the beach makes getting around convenient. There are also plenty of activities. It would be even better if the blackout curtains were improved.

This is probably the most cost-effective hotel in Haitang Bay. There are plenty of activities for children, with three swimming pools, an outdoor playground, a semi-outdoor area, and an indoor one – more than enough to keep them entertained. The rooms are really good, clean and tidy, and well-equipped with everything you need. The butler service was excellent too; they responded quickly and resolved all our issues. The only downside is the food, which is quite poor for both breakfast and dinner. I'd suggest increasing the room rate by 100 RMB to improve the dining environment and address the understaffing in the restaurant.

The room was pretty good, clean and tidy! It had a balcony with a drying rack and a washing machine, which was very convenient. They even provided fresh fruit. The only downside was that there weren't enough washing machines in the laundry room; 2 out of 4 were broken, so I had to wait 3 hours to do my laundry.

This is the best value hotel in Haitang Bay. The food is great, the room design is stylish, the public areas are beautiful and clean, and the pool and buffet are excellent. I'll definitely be staying here often.

The hotel environment is great, I really love the style. The heated pool rooms are perfect for families with kids, making it super convenient for water play. There are also several other pools. The hotel offers a lot of activities, the bubble party was a lot of fun, and the travel photos turned out amazing. There are also performances in the evening. It's very close to the beach, just across the road. Definitely my top choice for a vacation.

I chose this hotel after seeing many positive reviews online. First, about the hotel overall: It has a strong sense of design, especially the hallway which is really impressive. The rooms have an 'all-season' style. The doorman at the entrance was very good, always offering to help with luggage upon arrival and departure. However, the breakfast selection was very limited. Next, regarding the hotel's amenities: It's comparable to a budget hotel in other cities, with no special amenities. There's no minibar, and the room only provides bottled water and two tea bags. The bedside power outlets were difficult to use, intermittently losing power. In Sanya, where hotels are very competitive with their services, I wouldn't recommend it during peak season. During off-peak season, if it's priced around 300-400 RMB, it might be worth considering. Perhaps because it's relatively cheaper than other hotels during peak season, there were many tour groups, making the lobby quite noisy and chaotic, not suitable for a relaxing vacation. There was an evening ceremony, but no turndown service. Hotel service: Overall, there were no extra services, just the basic welcome fruit platter with the usual items that almost every hotel now offers: bananas, pears, and passion fruit. The 'special courtesies' were just what's listed on Ctrip. If you like little hotel surprises and additional services, I'd advise against choosing this one. Compared to other hotels of similar price in Haitang Bay, it falls short.

This hotel offers the best value for money in Haitang Bay, exceeding my expectations. The lobby is spacious, chic, and well-designed, which immediately put me in a good mood. Upon entering the room, I found it to be even cleaner and more beautiful than what I saw in online videos; the details were excellent in every aspect. Opening the balcony door revealed a very open and pleasant view. It's truly great, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come with my husband and child next time!

As a supposedly high-end resort hotel in Sanya, my actual experience this stay was severely inconsistent with the 'premium' label, leaving me deeply disappointed. 1. Stained Children's Bed Sheets, Unresponsive Service For a family-friendly resort, room hygiene should be a basic given. However, upon checking in, we found noticeable stains on the children's bed sheets – something unacceptable in any five-star hotel, let alone on bedding for kids. I called the front desk to request a change, but my calls went unanswered three times in a row. Bear in mind, this was late at night, and for the front desk phone to be 'unreachable' was truly baffling. It wasn't until the fourth attempt that someone finally picked up. The front desk verbally promised to send someone to change the sheets, but despite waiting and waiting, no one ever showed up. It was already late, and our child was tired and urgently needed to rest, so we had no choice but to go downstairs to the front desk ourselves to follow up, and also to grab a few bottles of water. Ironically, a bellhop quickly delivered the water to our room – the water arrived promptly, but there was still no sign of the promised sheet change. It was clear the hotel wasn't incapable of responding; they simply weren't prioritizing our core request. This preferential treatment of 'water delivered instantly, sheet change mysteriously disappeared' was truly disheartening. 2. Strong Musty Odor in the Room I understand Sanya has a humid climate, but for a high-end resort hotel, proper dehumidification, ventilation, and maintenance of the rooms should be a given. The strong musty smell that hit us as soon as we opened the door was completely disproportionate to the room rate. 3. Clogged Bathroom Drain, No One to Clear It The bathroom drain was clogged and not draining properly. After reporting it, there was again a long delay with no one coming to fix it. We had to put up with it for our entire stay, which significantly dampened our vacation mood. Overall Review: I came expecting a high-end resort hotel, matching its reputation and price, but instead received a terrible experience of stained sheets, broken promises, an unreachable front desk, and unattended facility issues. The hardware might be decent, but the service awareness and management level are completely unworthy of this price point. Going on vacation is for relaxation and enjoyment, not for running up and down floors late at night just for a clean sheet. I hope the hotel management can seriously address these issues: strengthen room hygiene inspections, establish a follow-up and closed-loop mechanism for service commitments, and ensure timely front desk response during late-night hours. The public areas were decent, and there were plenty of activities for kids, with many people taking photos 📷. However, the room we got on the first night was like a construction site – it was a bit scary arriving at night! When I opened the door, a strong musty smell hit me, and the door itself was jammed, needing a kick to close properly! But all that wasn't as important as the air conditioning. It was set to 16 degrees all night (and was incredibly noisy!), yet the room temperature stayed at 27 degrees! The next day, I reported it to the front desk. Their response was so frustrating, I don't even want to remember it.
