Good place to stay. Clean, handy to lots of cafes and about 10min walk to the waterfront with restaurants and entertainment. Wouldn't call it 5 star, but definitely deserved a solid 4star. We had breakfast included, everything to cover bases, mostly Chinese type food with some European options, like eggs, sausages, toasts as well as fresh fruit. Staff doesn't speak English but easy communication via translation app.

We arrived at the hotel around 6 PM on the 23rd. We had anticipated the typhoon would arrive at 8 PM as per the forecast, but it turned out to be inaccurate. Even at 10 PM, the pool was still bustling with people enjoying themselves. Later that evening, I took a stroll from my room to the observation deck at the end of the corridor and noticed that the staff had already prepared all the sandbags for flood prevention. The front desk staff were very friendly, and our butler, Luy, was incredibly thoughtful. They even arranged for a fruit platter to be placed in our room while we were out for dinner. I felt the value for money was excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, and there's a supermarket conveniently located right next to the hotel's elevators. The road outside the lobby entrance was undergoing repairs, but this didn't affect our ability to hail a taxi; cabs were readily available nearby. On pleasant days, it's also very convenient to walk to the local market for a meal. In the evenings, the hotel pool was lively with many children, and the staff were diligently supervising, blowing whistles, and giving reminders to ensure safety. It's very convenient for families with children, and the hotel's playground is also quite spacious. By the way, in the evenings, both older gentlemen and young people could be seen sea fishing downstairs. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and felt very welcoming. The scenery here is beautiful, regardless of the weather.

Nice hotel located in Dadonghai. Lots of things to do nearby the hotel. Hotel is abit blocked by shopping mall and other buildings which made us abit hard to locate. Staffs were really polite. Awesome breakfast.

While we visit Dadonghai annually, this was our first stay at the Pearl River Garden, and the kids were absolutely thrilled by the rainbow theme during our check-in. My family and I were genuinely satisfied with every aspect. The overall hotel experience was excellent: service, cleanliness, environment, and transport links were all incredibly convenient, especially its close proximity to Luhuitou Scenic Area. In the evenings, the lively seaside nightlife street, with its beautiful scenery and delicious food, perfectly caters to young people seeking excitement. The hotel's children's play areas offered a wide range of activities, and the breakfast buffet was both delicious and varied. Our room package was excellent, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic, helping us with our luggage. The rainbow-themed pathway provided safe and convenient direct access to the beach. The 180-degree ocean view was stunning and ideal for capturing memorable photos. Moreover, the surrounding area boasts numerous scenic spots, all very photogenic and perfect for social media check-ins.

It's only about 10 minutes walk from the hotel to Sanya HSR station. It's link to a shopping mall, which is still not fully occupied. A supermarket is definitely lacking.

As soon as you step out, you're greeted by at least 180-degree unobstructed sea views. You can feel the gentle lapping of the waves while lying in bed. In the mornings, watch yachts majestically depart from the inner harbor. At sunrise and sunset, the sky glows with a rosy hue, mingling with the shimmering water, creating picture-perfect moments that look like they're straight out of a magazine. The room itself is spacious, bright, and airy, with no unpleasant smells. Opening both the room door and balcony doors simultaneously allows the sea breeze to gently flow through, which is incredibly refreshing. The balcony is also huge and even features a small splash pool for children to play in. The bedding felt very comfortable. * **Excellent Service Experience**: Upon check-in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Throughout our stay, any requests we had were promptly addressed – I genuinely couldn't find a single fault! Whether it was for extra water, towels, hangers, or additional cleaning, a quick phone call was all it took to get things sorted. Also, when checking in, you can ask the ladies at the front desk for breakfast vouchers – they're usually happy to provide them in exchange for a five-star review. And no, I'm not a shill; this five-star rating is genuinely well-deserved! Oh, and a tip: you might get a better deal by calling the hotel's reservations department directly for your booking. This overall stay was simply wonderful, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Sanya!

A day before arrival, a butler contacted me on WeChat and offered a complimentary room upgrade. The room assigned was quite good. Upon entering, the scent in the hotel lobby and hallways was overpowering, though the room itself had no particular fragrance. While the room felt a bit dated, it was clean, odor-free, and not damp. A minor issue was that the bath towels were quite old and stiff. The butler service was prompt in addressing my needs, but housekeeping was noticeably slow. The butler explained this was due to only one staff member being assigned to cleaning per floor. Breakfast offered limited variety, and the food was average. It seemed like about 95% of the guests were Russian. An interesting feature was that takeout deliveries could be sent to the room via robot. The hotel is very close to Dadonghai Beach, just a two to three-minute walk from downstairs. There's a swimming pool on the fifth floor, but it was largely unused, and the children's play area was empty. I assume most guests preferred to go to the beach.

The hotel environment is super good. It is near Meilan Airport and has airport pick-up and drop-off services. The most important thing is that the lady at the front desk is beautiful and gentle. The service is particularly good. The answers to questions are also very detailed and considerate. I like this atmosphere very much🧧🧧🧧🌹🌹🌹❤️❤️❤️

It's a very big and comfortable room. From counter staff varied with service. A few showed helpfulness. Some simply don't respond well. Nevertheless, we enjoyed staying there. Provided free to and fro Nanshan Guanyin and DFS which surprised us. Location is easily accessible to tram and bus. Costs is reasonable too.
