Tinha anos que não me hospedava em um hotel com toalhas e ducha decentes e o Hotel Riviera entregou tudo. Foi ótimo! Tudo funcionando, toalhas grossas, novas, perfeitas! Tudo limpinho. Recomendo! Não usei a área de piscina, fui a trabalho.

Atendimento atencioso, otima localização, quarto muito bom, Wi-Fi no quarto e local para home office ok, cama grande e confortável, chuveiro muito bom, café da manhã completo. Quando estiver em Rio Preto vou escolher este hotel novamente.

Um hotel antigo e muito bem localizado, com funcionários educados e prestativos. Pelo preço oferece café e estacionamento coberto, o que é bastante atrativo. Quarto ok, permite uma boa noite de sono. Roupas de cama manchadas. A limpeza que decepcionou, o box do banheiro estava mal higienizado e o chão do chuveiro com marcas escuras. Cafe da manhã não nos agradou, particularmente em nossa estadia estavam com funcionários a menos, então é difícil julgar. Não era ruim, mas nada memorável. Enfim, para estadias curtas é um valor acessível e com boa localização.

Cama ok, chuveiro excelente. No checkin me cobraram a diária mesmo eu já tendo pago pelo **********. No final foi resolvido e fui ressarcido, mas foi estressante, só foi resolvido no dia seguinte ao checkin. O primeiro quarto que me mandaram estava desarrumado e sujo, me trocaram logo em seguida para outro. Mesmo esse outro tinha uma toalha e a colcha suja e a limpeza no geral do quarto e banheiro podia estar melhor. Eram problemas que não precisacam ter acontecido se tivesse mais organização por parte do Hotel.
