As we live in São josé dos Campos, my wife and I decided to kick off our Golden Wedding Anniversary festivities at the best hotel in town, the Golden Tulip. Arriving at he hotel, the reception crew were smiley and courteously, aiming at treating the bride and groom. We spent a superb night, surrounded by courtesies offered by Mr. Fabricio Felipe, General Manager, aware of the very big date. Champagne in an ice bucket, fine chocolate and strawberries aside, red heart balloons, etc. The high floor room, facing the banhado, very much comfortable, with all facilities at hand, was the perfect nest for the couple.

I was on a trip and stayed at the New Year's Eve in this hotel. The hotel is very well located, near a shopping, large rooms but the rooms need maintenance and modernisation( e.g.: free bathtub table, safety supports in the bathtub for the elderly ...) Another point I didn't like was bed clothes (many linen, coat, larger and better covers, good dressers, not to mention towels) The dresser, who asked, tried to help in what he could, but I realised that the clothes were really over. I liked breakfast, New Year's Ceaning and staff care.

The hotel offers excellent accommodation and services. The rooms are in Ibis standard, with large bathrooms, comfortable beds, fridge, closet and table. Breakfast and restaurant menu are good and the price is expected. My only relief is that entering and exiting cars can be hard, because the entry is narrow and it is uncomfortable to get out on the next street. In addition, the hotel is close to a viasted, which, although it gives access to a nearby shopping, depending on the time, can be filled with sign requests and sellers.

The hotel is well located, the reception boys are educated and attentive. Breakfast could improve a little. Bathroom needs urgent reform, in the room I stayed there two holes in the gips, with vacuums, the shower was not closed right pinking all day, with this the box was wet, sleeved floors, moffon on the walls. The garden of the unrein, I think not even washing is clean. The door with sample batteries, the card did not open the door, the receptionist gave the key to open the door, because they were carnival they could not contact the company responsible to solve the problem with the door. I will only return to the hotel if there is a good pension. Without a pension I don't indicate if to the hotel, even with the value of the daily being very accessible.
