You shouldn´t expect much of this hotel. The rooms are small and outdated, the beds are basic and would need some new matrass, the basthroom is basic, TV only has very few programs. The breakfast buffet is small and acceptable. What me actually really surprised was the dinner with local dishes and fruit cremes. My dinner there was the best food close by. Unfortunately, the breakfast doesn´t match the dinner quality The staff is very nice, attentive and helpful.

O Hotel Abbeville, em São Luís (MA), apresenta boa localização, próximo a pontos turísticos e comércios, além de um café da manhã completo e atendimento gentil. Por outro lado, alguns problemas estruturais, como quartos antigos, limpeza insuficiente, internet instável e estacionamento apertado. O custo-benefício é bom, mas melhorias na manutenção seriam bem-vindas para elevar a experiência.

Hotel com um ótimo ambiente de recepção e refeição! Decoração linda e muito bem climatizado! Tudo friozinho, inclusive o quarto assim que abre a porta, pois o ar já estava ligado... Depois de um dia corrido e cansativo foi uma maravilha chegar ali! O pessoal da recepção também super educados e atenciosos! O quarto possui bom tamanho, cama confortável e banheiro bom também para uso, apenas recomendo colocar algum paninho no banheiro para quando sair do box não molhar o chão... Creio que a única negativa foi que tentamos ligar para o serviço de quarto durante a madrugada e ninguém atendeu... Mas fora isso o ambiente do hotel é maravilhoso! Quarto bom! Bom atendimento e café também! Café gostoso com várias opções de bebidas e comidas! Foi uma ótima experiência e superou as expectativas! Muito obrigada por tudo!

Apesar de estar passando por melhorias no terraço, o hotel é ótimo. Quarto confortável; restaurante com um bom cardápio; café da manhã bem servido e variado; funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos; e a melhor localização para se hospedar perto do centro de São Luís.

Ótimo atendimento e atenção de toda a equipe. Todas as demandas e solicitações foram devidamente ouvidas e solucionadas na medida do possível. Possui um hall de entrada maravilhoso e ainda contam com um piano. A staff muito gentil e comprometida com o trabalho. Obrigado.

Não gostei muito da recepção, pois fiquei mais de uma hora esperando pra fazer o check-in. Com relação as acomodações muito bom, apenas os travesseiros muito moles porém muito macio assim como a cama. O hotel em geral possui uma excelente estrutura e atendimento, deixou a desejar apenas na hora do meu check-in.
