Alfa Hotel continues to lead as the finest in town (Viçosa/MG/Brazil). I have tried others, but now I always stay there when I go for work or with my family when I go on vacation. The friendly service starts with the reservation process. This time I was attended by Gabriela and Juliana, who always do their best to make sure everything goes well for the guests. They are very friendly and excellent professionals. The facilities are comfortable and the rooms are always impeccably clean. I have only one recommendation: put a 4x2 plate with a double module (plug and switch) above the headboard of the bed. It makes it easier to charge a cell phone. Minas Gerais is one of Brazil's rare gems!

Yes, everything went well. I now consider myself a loyalty guest. But I'm always surprised by the friendliness and willingness to help of the staff. From the reservation (I forgot the name) to the cleaning staff (Cidinha) and the breakfast staff.

É um hotel que eu recomendaria e com certeza retornando a Viçosa será minha primeira opção. Ocorreu tudo bem durante a hospedagem no hotel Alfa. Para mim atendeu as expectativas. Obrigado pela atenção prestada durante a semana do dia 07 a 11 de abril.
