The hotel is very clean and organized, it has some activities and amenities that include movie room, kitchen, cafe and others. The location is awesome for young people as there are many bars in that area. The place is near, so I think some signs for the kitchen and restrooms were missing on the floor I was staying, but I gave that as a suggestion to the reception

The comfort of King Size bed, the super-fatigue, excellent quality and taste breakfast, overtaken me after reading so many criticisms. I leave my special praise to Igor and Joel who have not stopped replacing all breakfast seasons (even full, they have not left anything missing at any time, being super fast and sympathetic), so called me the attention of dedication, The outdoor part of the morning coffee with a fantastic garden, with river noise, was also great. The location is excellent the cabinets, the manufacturers and the receptionists are very nice. Super clean and comfortable room. You got on my favorite list.

Positive point: Location, service, room, breakfast, cleaning and organization.Negative point: The hotel has parking, however, I had to pay the daily for the period. At the reception they do not warn on the check-in on this daily charge, only being informed on the check-out. It should be noted that the parking is of the hotel, as mentioned above, and the justification for administration by third-party company is not plausible.

O hotel é muito bom. Consegui fazer um early check in por um preço muito bom. O pessoal do hotel são muito educados e atenciosos. Eu tive uma excelente estadia. Super recomendo. The hotel is very well located, with first service. nice service and request. Rooms, bed, shower all very good. I just want to make two reservations. The first is the bathing clothes, which should be reviewed because some are already spent. The second is on consumption within the HTL (bar and rooms ) the order does not contain the price of the orders and you must sign. The prices would avoid problems. Nothing deserves the hotel. Another point to be pointed out is that the HTL's domestic prices have nothing exorbitant as in others

The hotel is very convenient, located in the safe area of Sao Paulo, classic American breakfast, full tube, gym is also very good. If you go to Sao Paulo in the future, you should continue to live here.

The hotel is not a real Radisson. I know that Radisson has a licensed contract with some hotels, but they are not Radisson - which is a great hotel chain with high standards. The hotel is well located if you will be at berrini region. Breakfast is well served with good options. Rooms are large but pretty basic, nothing really special. I did not like the bathroom: they are pretty old, need some refurbish and illumination is not the best. My problem about the hotel was the service, it is pretty bad. My welcome was ridiculous, I arrive at the hotel at 11am in a Monday. Apparently I was revived by the manager...after doing the checkin he informed me that the room was ready but since the hotel standard checkin is 2pm I would need to pay 50% more on the daily. To me doesn’t make any sense, specially if the room was ready to me...looks like a scam. When I complained saying: it was a good time when hotels offered early checkin for free, he replied ironically in a passive aggressive way: In fact we offer for free but after 12:30pm feel free to wait here and try your luck. My true desire was to walk away...but after 9h flight plus 2h of traffic to get there I just wanted to take a shower. So I accepted. To my surprise, next to me there was a young lady doing checkin without any luggage. She was informed about the same hotel rule, but when protesting the same guy who was attending me said to the other receptionist: just a second that I will release her in the system. It was really shocking... Strangely this girl was alone without luggage but as soon as we entered together in the elevator another guy (without luggage as well) followed her, entering in the room with her. He did not checkin in the hotel by the way. I really don’t want to do any judgement but the whole behavior looks super weird - I just know that I don’t want to be in this kind of hotel. Speaking about service: in the room the cleaning part is not good. It was incredible hot in São Paulo, so one day I left one of my keys inside the room with air conditioner on, the cleaning lady took it off and I kept only with a key. The general experience should be Re-think.

Whenever I have the opportunity to stay in SP, this hotel is always my choice, besides the hearty service, the 16th floor suites are perfect for a unique and memorable night. The environment is an excellent size, besides the unique view of the Paulistana night and a jacuzzi to relax! I always recommend!!!!!
