Park Inn by Radisson Berrini

Sao Paulo|0.62km from Escape Time Brasil
The hotel is not a real Radisson. I know that Radisson has a licensed contract with some hotels, but they are not Radisson - which is a great hotel chain with high standards. The hotel is well located if you will be at berrini region. Breakfast is well served with good options. Rooms are large but pretty basic, nothing really special. I did not like the bathroom: they are pretty old, need some refurbish and illumination is not the best. My problem about the hotel was the service, it is pretty bad. My welcome was ridiculous, I arrive at the hotel at 11am in a Monday. Apparently I was revived by the manager...after doing the checkin he informed me that the room was ready but since the hotel standard checkin is 2pm I would need to pay 50% more on the daily. To me doesn’t make any sense, specially if the room was ready to me...looks like a scam. When I complained saying: it was a good time when hotels offered early checkin for free, he replied ironically in a passive aggressive way: In fact we offer for free but after 12:30pm feel free to wait here and try your luck. My true desire was to walk away...but after 9h flight plus 2h of traffic to get there I just wanted to take a shower. So I accepted. To my surprise, next to me there was a young lady doing checkin without any luggage. She was informed about the same hotel rule, but when protesting the same guy who was attending me said to the other receptionist: just a second that I will release her in the system. It was really shocking... Strangely this girl was alone without luggage but as soon as we entered together in the elevator another guy (without luggage as well) followed her, entering in the room with her. He did not checkin in the hotel by the way. I really don’t want to do any judgement but the whole behavior looks super weird - I just know that I don’t want to be in this kind of hotel. Speaking about service: in the room the cleaning part is not good. It was incredible hot in São Paulo, so one day I left one of my keys inside the room with air conditioner on, the cleaning lady took it off and I kept only with a key. The general experience should be Re-think.

Aparthotel Adagio Sao Paulo Berrini

Good afternoon, thank you for the welcome of the hotel Adagio, the wonderful dinners of the hotel restaurant. Even the hotel cleaner girl , which many unfortunately do not value in many places in working environments, there is a certain discrimination in the public, because they are the ones who leave the clean and harmonious environment for us every day . And I realized that girl the care and care of doing things well , so I was curiosity to ask her name Edjane and how she's head Nathalia is called, who concertately guides very well as leadership. Congratulations to her and all those who are part of the team . For she has dealed with a company from another segment and I know it is not easy to deal with the public in that branch every day . Thanks to who serves for love !

Very good hotel, comfortable rooms. You must replace towels because they look old. And the internet doesn't work well. When you select the Wifi and wait for the emerging window to connect, this never appears. I couldn't connect to the internet. Something to fix.

The hotel is fine and it is very good located in SP. The check in was very slow and took ages since there was only one person working at 21 o’clock. The room was fine, but some spots were full of dust. The windows internally were extremely dirty. And at the bathroom we found amenities from the previous guest. During the day it takes ages to get a elevator and they are full of people. No chance to keep social distance including when having breakfast where the tables are close to each other’s and everybody walk in any direction around the buffet. The swimming pool are was very crowded and again we saw windows dirty glasses.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are good, but breakfast is not to be desired and the parking is bad! In the morning breakfast, the mosquito eggs were green, yes ... green, soon one guest had complained and they took off the buffet, the milk was not frozen, the part of suckles, oats and granules were poorly preserved because they were mugs, no description of foods If you have any allergy, take care. Now the parking, I will make a direct complaint with the hotel and also with the parking company, two days were charged indebtedly, when the first day was charged, setting the withdrawal was up to half a day of the next day, 2h tolerance, we withdrew our car at 11h23 and charged another day!!!!!!! I'm late for a compromise and I couldn't lose time discussing ... Without telling you couldn't connect the car, we had to go down from the room to teach the manufacturer to connect.

This is a quick and short stay. The spacious room has an outbuilding. They are very concerned about us. I recommend.

The hotel has a flat style, I stayed in a cup-room room, meals can be made in the hotel or in neighbouring restaurants, have pool, sauna and malaire, a supermarket on the street, and staff are educated and careful.
