The location is very good. The Paulista Avenue where the hotel is located is the highest point in São Paulo. It is surrounded by financial institutions and major banks. It is very convenient to exchange Pakistani currencies. Paulista Avenue is very prosperous and safe, and the police can see it within a few steps. As for the hotel, the service is not bad in all aspects, the rooms are also big, but they are a bit old, some smell, and there is no coffee machine and kettle in the room. Breakfast is good, pure Western breakfast. Local characteristic fruits, you can drink hot water, hot milk, and hot coffee. All in all it's not bad, I will choose here next time.

Just returned from my second stay at Fasano São Paulo and am pleased to say it was as good as the first time. The staff goes out of its way to please it’s guests and maintains extremely high standards. The rooms are impeccably designed with amazing bath supplies, comfortable beds, electric blinds that block out the daylight completely and the welcoming brigadeiros. Fasano, though, is more than just a hotel. The Baretto Jazz Lounge offers excellent live music, the hotel dining options are all exceptional, and there is a mini upscale mall attached to the property, Shops Jardins, that is home to upscale retailers such as Gucci, Chanel, Dior, etc along with top tier restaurants including Makoto. Location cannot be beat with Oscar Freire just a few blocks away and a couple of Santander banks for ATM withdrawals within a 5 minute walk. Extremely safe and upscale neighborhood that attracts a sophisticated, but non pretentious, crowd. Why stay anywhere else in São Paulo?…I know I wouldn’t.

The hotel is located in the center of Sao Paulo. The breakfast is very average and there are not many choices. I feel that these hotels have similar breakfasts. Brazil has more sweets for breakfast. We arrived early on the first day and arrived at the hotel at 7 or 8 in the morning. , They said that the room cannot be checked in until after 2pm. If you want to pay an extra fee in advance, almost one extra night’s room rate will be charged.

Ten stars! The Ca' D'Oro is like staying at a St. Regis in the middle of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The highlights: Wonderful, personal staff, who remembered and remarked I was a repeat visitor, and gave me a room with a spectacular view in recognition of the loyalty. Spotless, gloriously-quiet and well-designed rooms, something that is a rarity in São Paulo. Lovely common amenities, including a library space and a really nice rooftop pool. Breakfast is also excellent, and very good quality. But best of all is the location - who are all these drab people saying the area isn't nice? It's one of the coolest areas of São Paulo, smack dab in the middle of downtown/Higienopolis (with fantastically hip restaurants, cafés and shopping) and Paulista (which is convenient for touristy things), close to the metro L4, which gets you anywhere in the city in no time, and in a quiet part of Rua Augusta, which has bars, restaurants, and some of the best nightlife in Brazil. Parabens, Ca' D'Oro!

We are in a combined room, two rooms with a couple bed and two single beds. Positive points: comfortable, spacious accommodation. It has shampoo and free conditioning and good shower. Breakfast with many options. Chocolate cup bonus to place in the cakes. Parking including with manufacturer and good location, near the Republic station. All educated and performing staff. We need to print a voucher and the reception staff were gentle and helped us promptly. In addition to the common areas, you only travel by your floor (to use the lift you need to have the card). Negative points: Surface cleaning in the room. My daughter used a hair thread on the floor of the room, and the hair was unclean; and I found hair thread on the floor as soon as I arrived; and the bed clothes are rough, old and yellow; and the hairs are bad. In the morning breakfast, they do not clean the tables as they are unoccupied; you sit down to drink coffee on the dirty table; I don't know if all rooms are like that, but in my windows were locked. That is good for those who are with children, but, on the other hand, it does not breathe.

Pro: - Location. - Small kitchen in the rooms. - Cleanliness. Cons: - The wifi was basically unusable, very very slow, so I would not recommend this hotel if you need to work eventually on a trip. - The maintenance staff also shared the same elevator as the guests, it was not pleasant to share the elevator with someone covered in paint multiple times there be should one staff elevator reserved. - The finishings in the apartments need better quality for a 4 star hotel. - The room floor is very old and scratched. - The plaster all over the apartment is also of low quality. The air conditioner was too noisy. - The shower needs info which handle is for hot and cold. - The comforter of my bed had holes and it looked very old. - The breakfast area was chaotic, there was no though of the flow of people therefore it was a mess to get something, adding to that hotel staff coming for quality control samples in the middle of guests, also the variety of foods were uninteresting. - The furniture was too old for a 4 star hotel. - Outdated elevator. - I don't want to be negative but overall it needs to have a more polished look.

I made a reservation at the hotel via the digital platform. One day before my stay, the hotel sent me its check-in policies and at the same time I answered saying that I would arrive at the hotel around 18h. The hotel quickly answered me saying that everything was OK and that it would be a pleasure to receive me. On the day of my reservation, I arrived at 6:30 and the receptionist immediately warned me that my reservation had been cancelled and there would be no other room available to host me in the property. He claimed he had tried to contact me several times, but as there was no record in my cell phone or email, I asked him for some evidence of the attempt to contact. He just regretted saying it was a race at the hotel that day, and that he would not have had the opportunity to prove the attempts. They offered me a stay at another hotel in the network for the same value, but when they called the other property, the receptionist changed the conversation and told me that they would not honour the daily value and I would have to pay a extra value for I had a pleasure in the region next morning, and I had to find another hotel nearby without any support from Trans-American. I just hope that no one will pass through what I've passed.

I, my husband and son, are already customers of the Villa Galé network, because of their international standards, so when we booked, we had already imagined to find a great hotel. When I come to the SP I usually stay in that hotel. The network changed manager and ceased to be part of the Qualit network. From there it became impossible to host. I tried last time at julho/2022. The reception is a horrible thing. The hotel is scheduled for 15:00h, we arrived at 13:30h. We knew that the room would probably not be available, our plan was to leave the baggage and we went out for lunch. I admit that every hotel has rules and always respects them, so the problem is not the rule, it is how it is said. In the guarita, we asked the hotel portman if we could leave the bags. He asked: What time is check in? I found the question strange, but I answered, 15:00h. He looked out the watch and said: it's 13:30 can come back right there! That's ways to get a guest? I don't think! We went out and returned at 17:00h. We went to the reception where one girl was taking care of another. I was longing with a good afternoon! The other guest answered with a good afternoon! The receptionist didn't even say to me, did not answer and half an hour after she gave me the following information: Please call this number and check in yourself. No length, no smile. Finally!! Education zero. The room is good, wide, but without any hygiene! We stayed two days and we saw nothing cleaning, nor washing out of the waste, nothing! The balcony is just a cleaning, a lot of dust, and you're looking for another.

Apé Smart Studios is an excellent accommodation option in São Paulo. It is walking distance to restaurants, shops, malls, bars, and Av. Paulista. The air-conditioned room has good space with great design and functional layout. It has a fridge, a sink, an electronic stove, an open closet, a study table, and a counter. Wifi connection is also good. There are several power outlets to charge gadgets. Deborah helped us upon check-out.
