There’s a reception but no service. Can’t extend your stay with them, need to wait for 8am before they can assist you thru whatsapp only, they’ only send website but not the site of the exact building, and they won’t even say immediately if there are no rooms available. They’ll let you see what’s available or not, you need to ask everytime you make a move. And that’s the time that they’ll answer and they’re response is too late, until all rooms are all sold out even from their other buildings. Poor service. Receptionist have no used at all! I do not recommend this place. No extension on check out time as well! We were expecting for an extension but no available rooms in all their buildings and they can’t even say straightly they’ll just send a site for you to see for yourself then when you asked that’s the time that they’ll answer you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Also, lights on hallway are all turned off, they just have motion sensor detector. So too dark when you walk on their hallway.

We stay in this hotel every time we come to Brazil. The overall feeling is good. Sometimes there is someone at the front desk and sometimes there is no one, so it is best to check in online. The room facilities are also good, with everything you need to cook, and there are tableware and kitchenware.

The location and hygiene are good. Because it is an apartment trial room, the service is very average. The front desk is almost impossible to find. You have to contact via WhatsApp. There is no breakfast.

The worst experience. There is no front desk. No one told me how to check in in advance. It is very troublesome to check in by yourself. They don't send you the check-in number in advance. It is a very ** hotel with the worst service.

I have stayed in this hotel many times on business trips. Among all the hotels in this area, I am generally satisfied with it. Its price is quite good and its location is also OK.

It's hard to even reserve a hotel around the same day of the reservation, but when I arrived at night to check in, they told me that the drainage pipe had burst and that there were no rooms available and that I had to reserve somewhere else. I'm not good at English, so it was inconvenient... So I spent about 2 hours at night looking for a solution. It wasn't my fault, but I wasted my time and didn't even contact them in advance, so I was really angry.

The apartment is fully equipped and clean. It is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, parks, etc., making life convenient. The apartment service is good, but the English is not very good, so a translator is needed.
