The room was fantastic and breakfast was great! Since I only stayed one night, I only encountered two issues: 1) The hotel often hosts many groups, which can make things chaotic and slow down service. 2) The young staff at the downstairs bar were impatient, and their expensive drinks didn't come with good service!

Once our room was changed the hotel was excellent and especially the staff at check in (Amos was brilliant, thank you), breakfast was very good.

The hotel is quite good, maybe a little bit lacking compared to Radisson in other countries, but it was the best hotel in Brazil (even though I stayed in a 5-star Hilton hotel, for example). As a traveller, it's necessary to accept that it is Brazil and not to accept the hotel to be super good. What I liked: the willingness of staff to help, the variety of breakfast—different coffee machines + teas + a lot of powder hot drinks. Hotel was quite clean and close to Paulista Avenue. What I didn't like: staff didn't speak that much English, and the furniture seems quite old. Breakfast: there was no variety in terms of hot food (but there was a chef who cooked the eggs) and not so many "healthy" options like yoghurt (only drinking yoghurt) and salads.

The rooms are not great. Room size is good. Reception Staffs were not cooperative because i booked through trip.com and directly. Not value for money. Location is good. Breakfast is ok.

I, a woman, booked a king-size room. It was spacious and had everything I needed. I had to ask the front desk for toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers. There was no comb, and I didn't even brush my hair during my week there. The breakfast rolls were hot, the teppanyaki bread was delicious, and there was a wide selection of drinks. The surroundings were lovely, the hotel building was grand, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, including a fancy restaurant like NB Steak. My stay was near the main road, so the noise from the motorbikes was a bit noisy at night, but for someone like me who was jet-lagged, it didn't bother me much. I barely had any jet lag and slept well every night. Also, you can eat all the drinks and snacks at the hotel—I thought there was a charge, but I didn't. The view from the upper floors was great!

The area is safe and close to Paulista Street. The room wasn't very big but was clean, and the bed was quite firm and nice. The breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of drinks, bread, and fruit. The gym was fantastic, with many good facilities and a swimming pool.
