Excellent hotel in the Ibirapuera area to go either with family or business

The Ibirapuera Hotel in Sao Paulo is unforgettable! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the layout is beautiful. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and travel is worry-free. The service team is friendly and efficient, and the dining options are diverse and delicious. It is an excellent choice for business and leisure.

A bit old, but it's not bad near the mall, convenient for eating and shopping. It would be better if the TV could be updated and a kettle could be added. I stayed twice, once I checked in at 12 o'clock, and once I had to wait until 2 o'clock in the afternoon, which was a bit uncomfortable.

THERE ARE ALWAYS LINES AT RECEPTION. IF YOU ARRIVE BETWEEN 6:00 PM AND 8:00 PM THERE IS A LINE THAT CAN TAKE UP TO 30/40 MINUTES. IN THE MORNING THERE ARE ALSO LINES TO CHECK OUT. DUE TO HIGH OCCUPANCY, THIS HOTEL HAS TO HAVE AT LEAST 8 TO 10 PEOPLE AT RECEPTION AT PEAK TIMES. THERE ARE ALWAYS 4 TO 6 AT MOST.

Good hotel with a metro station and a shopping centre nearby which, although in need of some renovation, offers a very varied and complete breakfast.

Very dark bathroom, dirty coffee area, smelly. Apartment released not in accordance with reservation.
