Musty smell and the blanket I had to put in the closet to sleep in such a huge amount of dust. My daughter has allergic rhinitis and we didn't get a good night's sleep. When checking out, I informed them and the hotel took the necessary measures. The location met our needs. The parking staff are kind and efficient. It was the worst hotel experience of my life. Guests smoked in the hallways. We didn't have breakfast in the cafeteria. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Towels stinking. Insufficient coffee served in the room......unbelievable. Horrible coffee. Horrible room. Smell of cigarettes 24 hours a day.
Horrible bathroom..... trash can without a lid. Hot water valve broken.
I should be compensated.....at the very least....for the nightmare I went through in this Hotel.
