The room is small, everything else is good

The location is an hour's drive from the international airport. It is inconvenient to travel to and from the airport. The hotel in general is very good, but I thought the service was lacking. The restaurant closes at 10:30 pm and after that time there is no room service. We ordered food through the app and I asked the reception for cutlery, they told me I had to go down to the restaurant to see if they could provide it.
