Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won't be coming back! Facilities: Very old. The largest floor lamp in my room only worked once; the second time I tried to turn it on, it just 'died.' Hygiene: Average. Some areas were already yellowing. Environment: Awful! This is the main reason for my bad review! After a 25-hour flight, I was exhausted. I had dinner with colleagues, planning to get a good night's sleep before seeing the Iguazu Falls the next day. But guess what? All night long, there was a machine right outside my room, seemingly right by the door, making a **-like noise every minute or two! Even contacting Ctrip didn't help! As a result, I didn't get any sleep all night. 😭

The view from the pool is amazing

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by high-end office communities and a safe environment. The hotel is high-end and spacious, the room layout is also very bright, the service staff is enthusiastic, and they will try their best to meet any needs. There is a large home furnishing store downstairs, as well as restaurants and supermarkets.

The hotel environment is very good, the front desk customer service can speak English fluently and the experience is very good. The only shortcoming is that the Ctrip booking system and the hotel system are not fully matched.

The room in the photo looked great, but in person it was quite disappointing given the lack of good maintenance (for a hotel of this category, in one of the most important cities in Brazil). The room is well distributed, and the fact that it has a small sofa is very good, in addition to the complimentary water. However, the headboard of the bed with the lining peeling off leaves a disgusting and very bad appearance, the infiltration in the booth, stains on the shower floor, chipped bedside table and lack of cleaning (sticky glass marks that I had to clean). Very boring and in a certain way frustrating.

Hilton Hotel is one of my favorite hotel styles. The hotel is newer than the Sheraton next door, but their double bed is too small, 0.8/1.3 meters wide. . ,
