From arrival to departure the staff was supportive and friendly. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms have quality finnishes and comfortable size. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Really helpful and efficient front desk/reception staff. Spotlessly clean, well appointed, and in a nice area, within walking distance of restaurants and public transport. Would absolutely stay again.

My husband and I loved our stay at this lovely hotel in an excellent location. The staff could not have been warmer, responsive, or efficient.
Juli Ravi, Guest Relations, was great. She even had a cake delivered to our suite on my birthday. We recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to São Paulo. We will stay there again when we are next in São Paulo. Highly Recommend!!

I was really disappointed. The main reason we picked the hotel was the outdoor pool for the kids. We got to the rooftop only to be told they were renovating it till mid September.
We are in Rio now but i canceled our reservation in São Paolo, we will be moving to another hotel with a pool upon our return.
It’s a pity because otherwise the hotel is great. Loved the 2 bedroom suite and really a great location.
