The location is terrible, full of homeless people and ************, including right outside the hotel door. We discovered that it is less than 1km from the famous Cracolândia, which made our first experience in São Paulo unpleasant.
The breakfast is unsatisfactory, the worst we have ever experienced in hotels. Security is horrible.
We had a bad experience with this, we left the hotel in the morning leaving the key at the reception as requested, and when we returned late in the afternoon the reception staff (who we didn't know yet) said that our key was not with them and that therefore someone must have entered our room. We were extremely scared, and the attendants just stared at us - one of them even laughed - while we stated that we had left the key at reception. After even looking through our bags, the other attendant finally decided to check their keys, and ours was there, just "in the wrong place".
Unfortunately we do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a decent getaway for the price, got to escape reality on the top floor with very little sound coming in. However, the neighborhood isn’t very safe. It’s best to make sure you stay inside until morning

O quarto é bom, espaçoso, mesmo para 3 pessoas. Camas boas.
O café é bem simples.
A única questão mesmo é a localização. Infelizmente, é bem na região onde tem muitos usuários, moradores de rua, o que deixa tudo extremamente sujo. Mas esse não é um ponto em relação ao hotel em si. É triste a situação do centro de SP como um todo. Em alguns horários foi mais difícil conseguir um Uber
