The hotel's location is excellent, right on Paulista Avenue. Other expensive hotels need to improve across the board. The breakfast selection is limited, especially for Asian palates. There's a strong paint smell in the rooms and hallways, so I'd advise avoiding staying during this period. Toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers are not provided and need to be brought by guests. Drinking water is available for a fee. Room management lacks proper standards. This hotel does not offer good value for money. Unless you have a specific need for this location, I recommend checking out other hotels at a similar price point on the platform. This is my personal suggestion for your reference.

The environment and location are both good, but the price is really expensive. The hotel doesn't provide slippers, and all the drinks in the mini-fridge are chargeable. The chocolates on the table are also for a fee. We stayed for four days and only received two cans of mineral water!

One of the better hotels on Paulista Avenue. The breakfast was also good. I was on a business trip for a month, but only stayed here for two nights. Why? Because it's expensive.

This hotel is located right on Paulista Avenue, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. It's also relatively safe, with police patrolling the avenue. On weekends, Paulista Avenue hosts various activities, making it a fun place to explore. The hotel itself is clean, and the breakfast is excellent. It's a great choice for accommodation when visiting São Paulo.

The service was ridiculous. My friend came to visit for a bit, and the hotel wanted to charge a 200 guest fee. I said I'd pay at checkout, but they refused to let me go upstairs without immediate payment because I didn't have my card. So, they followed me up to my room with a card machine...

Everything was good, but unfortunately, petty theft and snatching incidents happen frequently, so you can't really use your phone freely. 😂 The hotel's immediate area, however, is relatively safe.

Thanks to Pedro and Heloisa for your kindness! The hotel's location is excellent; Paulista Avenue feels very safe with lots of police presence. The hotel has dining options and taxis readily available, and it's right next to a mall and a museum – everything you could need is there. I'll definitely come back next time!
