The Pullman is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the incredible Brazilian city of São Paulo. From the moment of our arrival when the concierge speedily took care of the car, through check in , bar and restaurant service and upgraded room with hydro jet bath ( much loved by my beautiful girlfriend) the special staff of the hotel made us feel like valued house guests rather than hotel customers. We did not want to leave ! The hotel is in a superb location within minutes walking of a magnificent city park at Ibirapeura and very convenient to access all the central sights of Sampa Hotel breakfast is efficient, fresh, plentiful choice - totally divine. Special thanks to Rodrigo and his team - one of my very favourite hotels in the world. I cannot wait to return

The hotel was very well located and well located. The day I hosted was a little confused with the number of the room, which led me to open a room already busy. But the problem was overturned. As a suggestion of improvements, regular the shower shower. as the stronger we open, the less water falls through the shower. And with regard to the site of Trip.com, for the two times I went to book it appears as ”Not Completed”. For the first time, I lost the offer and the fourth for that. For the second time, the system itself updated the status and completed the process. In addition, I classify the hotel as a great price and benefit accommodation.

The aparthotel is good, but it was deeply disappointing that my family and I chose him for some comforts that at the time we arrived were informed that would happen differently from the contract. I hosted in January 2024, summer, because I had a pool and when we arrived at the hotel we were informed that it was retired and could not be used. Secondly, we hired breakfast at the hotel and once again, we were informed that the hotel was in work and breakfast would be a voucher at the French cafeteria that is on the corner of the aparthotel, i.e., food and coffee limited to the voucher value, we had to walk through the street to get to the cafeteria, there were some items missing from the cardapio, they included the percentage of the garçonete, at last, it was not what we recruited again. The hotel is new, educated staff, there are room facilities such as coffee capsules, cotton, bathroom, nail waste, shampoo and there is a sale on the ground at fair price to take something to the room, but due to the contratempos experienced, I hate to feel misled because I have obtained a product different from the contract.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, starting with the reservation.They were very attentive and friendly.The room with room is excellent, clean and clean.The dinner and dinner dishes are excellent. I felt missing a greater variety of breakfasts, there was no light and diet option, people with a limited fat or sugar are in difficult situations. The breakfast restaurant is small for the hotel size, and it ends with rows, they have the option of another restaurant in Mezano, but when I went, they did not use it, which caused a waiting time in rows and crowds. I found the location good, because it is close to the Paradise Metro.

It is not a hotel in fact we have almost no support on the site, we arrived and had to wait until they found the booking, even showing the code. When we went up, we found that there was no edreddom in bed and asked at the reception, but the attendant said that it could not only help in whatsapp, I asked for a cover, a coat something because it was very cold, but they said that there was no way We have been very bad asleep because of the cold. Before sleeping, during the bath, we did not just flood the whole apartment, because the shower was stuck, when we realized it was all wet, check-in and check-out schedules worse than all the other hotels. The only good thing, location, but it doesn't compensate the rest.

I was attracted by the location and the newness of hosting in a studio, as they are called, rather than hosting in a hotel. When I arrived around 21:30, I was surprised that there was no attendant that could receive me to check in. There was only one security portman who had no list or information about the confirmed reservations. After half an hour of waiting, he passed me the Atlantic Whatsapp, responsible for the business, so that I could contact them for check-in, even if I had the voucher and stay paid on the Trip.com website. After many exchanges of messages and information, I managed to get up to the room, as impatient with all the waiting and lack of prior guidance, because if I knew that the procedure was that, I would have done and saved from all this stress. The confirmed check-in was negatively surprised, for the second time when I knew that my reservation had no right to the garage. At no time, when I booked for the Teip.com website and paid for hosting, I opened the studio option with or without a garage, finally, another error. I was already faced with the difficulty of accessing the door code to enter the room, but after so many locks, I was just going to get in and take a bath. The third negative surprise was that the room was well decorated and faced again, but the room with a pillow, two-mouth cooktop and some electrons (and not a studio as disclosed) was much less than the pictures shown. The bed was not the size of a couple, but the size of a widow, that is, everything was very compact and tight. Without saying that the TV was not working right, there were two broken chairs, a shower without any pressure and the entrance door that was leaving light from outside to inside the room. What was to be a bad experience, it ended up to be a great frustration.
