The breakfast is very good! There are many fast food options in the foot court on the 3rd floor of the shopping center on Paulista Street nearby. It is very convenient. There is a park nearby for leisure, and it is also close to the Museum of Modern Art.

This apartment is too small. It is OK for one person to live in. Check-in is very troublesome. You need to fill in relevant personal information for registration. However, check-out is very fast. It is very crowded for two people to live in, with two single beds. There is no place for luggage. However, the service of the apartment staff is very good.

This isn't your average hotel; it's more like a serviced apartment. Before check-in, you'll receive an email to fill out your personal information, which includes the hotel's terms and conditions, such as providing towels and toiletries only once per stay—very clear. The entire apartment is very clean. There's a convenience store-like area on the ground floor where you can buy snacks and water, and luggage lockers are also available, charging based on luggage size and duration. The downside is that my room directly faces the glass windows of another building, making it impossible to open the curtains; otherwise, you'd have a direct view of the office workers across the street.

My boyfriend and I stayed one night in the Ibis, the location is along the main street. Beds were comfortable, wifi was fast. Our only complaint was the check in process. We initially dropped off our bags because we were early for check in. Gave out passports etc. We were waiting 20 mins for her to complete the check in. No issue. The issue was when we returned to check in around 5 pm, we had to go through the whole check in process again. As there was one other couple infront of us, we were waiting 40 mins to get to our room. With us only have one night, an hour for check in is ridiculous.

Beyond its great location, everything else was pretty mediocre. Pros: It's close to the bustling Paulista Avenue, offering a quiet retreat in a busy area. MASP, McDonald's 1000, and several large shopping malls are all within a ten-minute walk. The triple room was spacious enough to easily fit three 28-inch suitcases. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, though they tend to be pricey. Cons: The hotel seems to be a converted residential building, and the facilities are quite old. – The elevator is an old-fashioned manual door type, and it gets full with just a few people and luggage. – Not a single drain in the entire room worked properly; they were all clogged. The sink drained at a trickle, and when showering, the dirty water would pool around my feet. I can only imagine previous guests' hair floating up from the drain with the blockage. – The air conditioner was an old-looking split unit, positioned right above the head of the bed. Turning on the cold air would mean a direct blast to the head, which isn't ideal. – During my two-night stay, the room was cleaned on the second day, but no fresh towels were provided. – The front desk staff's attitude was so-so. The young man at check-in was very perfunctory, and I didn't feel particularly welcome. However, the gentleman at check-out was quite friendly and allowed me to store my luggage.

This was the first time we stayed here as a family. The facilities, cleanliness, service, location, and price were all just right and met our needs. There was a kitchen, so we could cook our own food if we brought it with us, which we really liked. It's in the center of Sao Paulo, so you can get to a lot of places on foot, and the subway is right nearby, so it's well-connected. We'd like to use this hostel again when we stay in Sao Paulo.

Very clean, right next to the subway station, a good choice when visiting Sao Paulo. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient.

The location is good, just steps from Paulista Avenue and the Consolação metro station. The apartment is small and simple, but it comfortably accommodated 3 adults. Check-in and check-out were quick. The breakfast is okay. The only downside was the shower, which was a bit tricky as it didn't have hooks for hanging towels and clothes.

Excellent service, especially Mackenzie, very attentive and polite. Great location, close to bars, restaurants and attractions. Comfortable room and delicious breakfast.

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Sleep experience I had to pay almost the same for one night at a hotel and never received a good answer from the hotel.
