There are many positives to this hotel. This was our 3rd stay in this hotel and we will come back in future. Overall a positive experience. Location - walkable to the Grotto and great shopping and restaurants all around. The view from the balconies, if you get such a room, is to the grotto and awesome to wake up to. Facilities - good breakfast, parking onsite, gym, spa (free access) would recommend the rooms with balconies Beds - super comfortable Rooms - big rooms in comparison to other hotels in France. Cleanliness (as far as I can see see below comment about the use of dark color in decor) Service - the staff is very helpful and customer focussed. the lady who manages the breakfast room in particular was amazing. She remembers us from our visit 9 months back, to the detail of what tea my mother preferred. Absolutely five stars for her! the opportunities for improvement are the liberal use of dark color all over in the decor. While a nice design touch, for a hotel, in regards hygiene, I am not sure I am comfortable with so much dark color when I can't see any possible stains. The elevator covered in fake turf was also a bit claustrophobic as it was also very small. The lobby has very little sitting area, so if you are waiting for someone, you have to linger by the reception or sit in the bar.

The location is very good. It takes 15-30 minutes to most sightseeing spots. The room was clean, but it was a bit small. Staff was amicable and polite. Because it’s not as close to Avenida Paulista, it is much quieter than other hotels. There’s a *****tore about 5 minutes from the hotel and Le Pain Quotidien is 7-minute walk (if you’re looking for a place to have brunch).

The Pullman is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the incredible Brazilian city of São Paulo. From the moment of our arrival when the concierge speedily took care of the car, through check in , bar and restaurant service and upgraded room with hydro jet bath ( much loved by my beautiful girlfriend) the special staff of the hotel made us feel like valued house guests rather than hotel customers. We did not want to leave ! The hotel is in a superb location within minutes walking of a magnificent city park at Ibirapeura and very convenient to access all the central sights of Sampa Hotel breakfast is efficient, fresh, plentiful choice - totally divine. The layout of the strange rooms, 6 per floor, the couple's bedroom has balcony, is in the middle, but looks like a codlata egg. The rooms with 2 super comfortable and spacious single beds. The super top breakfast with acea, shovel and various types of food. The structure of the heated pool, sauna, academy and so on is also imperfect. The cleaning of the room is also good, super requested and friendly, equal to the staff of the reception! The reception is with various private salts, household and super well decorated. There is a bar in the lobby and a desktop for guests. Parking has a board boy 24/7 super good people too. A pleasant price of 20 reals per day. Top location, next to Rebouças, Augusta, Paulista and etc... RECOMMEND!!!

I stayed 2 nights at the Trianon Paulista hotel. Pleasant check-in and person made a real effort to talk english with me and I appreciated that. I had a large room on a high floor with good views of the skyline. Comfy bed, modern tv with netflix and refrigerator. Bathroom room was ok, few broken tiles here and there but was nice hot shower and bidet. Breakfast was ok, plenty of breads, fresh fruit and cold meat cuts and juices. Coffee wasn’t too bad from machine. Rooftop swimming pool with nice views. Location was close to the Avenue Paulista, around 10 mins walk from memory.

I payed for 6 nights and stayed 4 nights. This hotel outdated, dangerous and uncomfortable. The bathroom is tiny, the floor bedroom has cracks that move when walking, the sheets are threadbare, there are few electric outlets and the room even had some mound in it which was not nice. Unfortunately, during the night there was a lot of noise (inside and outside the hotel).

One day before my stay, the hotel sent me its check-in policies and at the same time I answered saying that I would arrive at the hotel around 18h. On the day of my reservation, I arrived at 6:30 and the receptionist immediately warned me that my reservation had been cancelled and there would be no other room available to host me in the property. He claimed he had tried to contact me several times, but as there was no record in my cell phone or email, I asked him for some evidence of the attempt to contact. He just regretted saying it was a race at the hotel that day, and that he would not have had the opportunity to prove the attempts. They offered me a stay at another hotel in the network for the same value, but when they called the other property, the receptionist changed the conversation and told me that they would not honour the daily value and I would have to pay a extra value for I had a pleasure in the region next morning, and I had to find another hotel nearby without any support from Trans-American. I just hope that no one will pass through what I've passed.
