Very good hotel, super comfortable and with several security guards at the door, something that in the center of São Paulo ends up being important. Excellent breakfast. It could just improve the air conditioning issue but I don't mind as the city's climate is super pleasant. Another thing is the bathtub, the drain had no cover which made it impossible to use.

My stay was great, I just had to make one observation about the shower with the water spread out a lot and the air conditioning that was turning on and off straight away and they couldn't fix it, besides everything was wonderful, the cleanliness of the room and especially the super attentive attendant Renato at the desk. reception service

But as long as you don't go out at night, it doesn't matter, the hotel is still safe. Sleeping at night is a bit noisy, and people outside seem not to sleep for 24 hours. Overall it is good, but the external environment is not good, the hotel is located in a slum.
