We loved our stay here. The hotel was right in the heart of the village. An older style boutique property with legitimate old world charm. If you are planning to visit this area, I would not hesitate to recommend this property!

The hotel is old style it must of been beautiful when it was new the amenities are ok but not great, the thermal is down the street and a new spa across the river. Roads are narrow and very windy, parking at the hotel are to small and hard to figure out where to drive in at. Rooms were large but not well arranged like I said old style

Very well located. Friendliness from the receptionist to the bar and restaurant services. Excellent cleanliness. Incredible silence. Lots of trees right there next door. The Vouga river is very calm and the town "Termas de S. Pedro do Sul" is very clean, without traffic and well-parked vehicles. I didn't see any on the sidewalks: I'll be back soon.

The building is very beautiful and the people are attentive. The only thing I have to say negatively is the quality of the eggs at breakfast. Scrambled and fried eggs dried out, impossible to eat. Everything else is good. They could also add a few more sun loungers around the pool.

Local tranquilo, hotel de decoração onde prima o requinte, muito limpo, staff muito simpático. Pequeno almoço muito diverso e de muita qualidade e com o cuidado do staff a repor os alimentos a todo o momento. Reina a paz e tranquilidade e para quem vive sempre no reboliço da cidade, é ótimo. O quarto suite foi uma agradável surpresa e a um preço ótimo. Quando voltar irei certamente repetir a experiência. RECOMENDO

Perderam 5 clientes! Foi das piores estádias que tive. Má organização, sem brio pelo trato ao cliente. Culminou comigo e a minha família (onde se incluíam crianças) a sermos mal tratados por uma empregada de mesa, cujo nome será devidamente apresentado em queixa oficial. Uma vergonha, como pessoas assim estão ao atendimento ao público. Desaconselho em absoluto!!!!
