Residencial Marina Del Sol

I wasn't going to write a review despite having several complaints but as the manager has just bothered me again, 3 weeks after my stay, here we go... Shortly after payment, and before I even arrived, I received a message informing me, among other things, that I'd be charged extra if I stained the towels. Despite the high daily rate, toilet paper and soap was not enough even for 1st day. Manager informed me that guests needed to cater for themselves (on airbnb they say toilet paper and soap is included - view photo below) . We paid over US$250 per night and a few days after our stay, I received a bill for US$20 with a photo of the contents of my waste bin as proof of the "crime" (i.e. a broken glass and jug. We had already informed the maintenance man about the glass in the bin for safety reasons. I transferred the extra US$20 for the broken glass just to put an end to having to communicate further with this person. Now, she's hassling me for proof of payment instead of just checking the statement.
