It has an outer cover to protect the vehicle from the sun. The adjacent land is extensive and only a part is organized with streets and trees. Flowerbeds decorate the circle of the house. The water comes from a cistern, fed by a borehole, and it is preferable to drink bottled water. The office with a sofa bed, with a fixed computer, printer and Harman sound system; desk, office supplies and library can be rented by agreement with the owner.
