Hotel was very beautiful! Booked this because it was no.1 instagrammable hotel on trip.com and we only stayed 1 night before we checked out and make our way back to Hanoi. Worth for a 1 night stay :)

We arrived at hotel at 4:00 am and was very tired, the receptionist offered us to go to the 7th floor to take the shower and told us to come back at 9:00am to have earlier check-in. The hotel not only gave us an earlier check-in but also we are surprised by the arrangement for our 24th anniversary. We sincerely appreciated for Lê Quang Linh, thế Room Division Manager for the arrangement. The hotel offered their customers with the VIP tícket to Fansipan via their email after you booked the hotel. However, I missed it. If you booked this hotel, you must buy it as it will save a lot of your time for waiting to the the trains and cable car.

The aesthetic of this hotel is really 💯! At the lobby, each angle looks really gorgeous and can be a photospot. The room is nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The swimming pool looks amazing!
We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel for 2nights. The staff is very approachable and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel if you are willing to splurge a little bit on your stay here.

Location: Hotel is located right in the heart of Sapa town. There are a lot of shopping and food options within walking distance. It is also located right next to Sapa Station which makes travelling up to Fansipan a breeze.
Breakfast: A good spread of choices and some of the dishes vary day to day. The dining hall is also very beautiful.
Room: Stayed in the Deluxe King Suite. Room was spacious and we had ample space. Toiletries provided were also of good quality.

Very nice ambiance and i enjoy the view and more photos. I like the design of the hotel ad the food also all delicious. I want to come back again .
