We had a happy 3 days with our family. The thing we liked the most about the facility was the kindness and motivation of the staff to serve. They did not meet any of our requests reluctantly. They tried to help in every way. The facilities were a little more limited in the winter season. Since the pool is closed, you spend time on the veranda in front of the bungalow. We lit a barbecue looking at Lake Sapanca and enjoyed the calmness and peace. The fireplace was very enjoyable. They bring a vegetable crate of wood. We lit it slowly in 3-4 hours. There is free wi-fi and Netflix. The kitchen is nice, but there is only a kettle and a refrigerator. There are no pots, pans and stoves. Do not come with the idea that you will prepare food in the kitchen. There is a bathtub with a yakuziz upstairs. The hot water sometimes flows unsteadily. It turns cold by itself. We need to check. We paid for 3 people, but they said our adult son can sleep on the couch and sent the bedding towards night, completing the missing items 2-3 times. The towel and slippers also arrived on the 2nd day. So there may be some deficiencies in the operation. The breakfast was good. The kitchen staff was also hardworking and friendly. There was a charging station in front of the hotel for electric vehicles. I think the level of the bungalow we stayed in was reinforced against the risk of a landslide.
