The hotel is really nice and Ms. Zülal was such a good person to me and my family. I really liked how safe it was and how I could walk around and feel completely safe and comfortable. The pool is so nice and the game room was so fun too. The food was also amazing.

Perfect service, delicious food , very tasty at tea time and dinner. Not only enriched buffet and also really tasty in each items. Many other hotels should benchmark here , really. Very good options for kids and you will find very good music or relaxing alternatives for adults. I can honestly recommend you.

Miss Zülal ask me to write a review for the hotel. I appreciate the request. The way she is caring and her kindly appearance is fitting the hotels shape. It is a wonderful place where the hotel is located and all services suits the concept. I had to overdiscuss my family not to go again to the well-known touristic cities instead to be open for other experiences. Thanks God and thanks NG Enjoy my expectations were fit :) and my family loves it ( parents + sister-in-law + brother).

It is not ideal for families. Ladies only pool section controlled by male staff, so do not let your hijabi wife/sister in there alone as hotel crew might be even recording them... The food is okay, can't complain, overall score is max 2 out of 10. Not value of the money. There are better options nearby. For Arabic sisters: إنها ليست مثالية للعائلات. قسم حمام السباحة للسيدات فقط يتحكم فيه الموظفون الذكور ، لذلك لا تدع زوجتك / أختك المحجبة هناك بمفردها لأن طاقم الفندق قد يسجلها ... الطعام على ما يرام ، لا يمكنني الشكوى ، النتيجة الإجمالية هي 2 من أصل 10 كحد أقصى ليس هناك قيمة للمال هناك خيارات أفضل بالجوار.

We booked 2 Terrace rooms for 2 nights and were very happy therefore we decided to extend for 2 other nights. Perfect experience we enjoyed our stay a lot The service was also amazing The staff are very welcoming Ms Zulal and Irem helped us a lot
