I was 2 days early coming into Sapporo. Decided to try this hotel for 2 nights as it popped up in trip.com as special offer for me. Decided to try it as it came with breakfast and access to executive lounge. The stay was good, however the public bath was too small for a hotel so big. When i went down at around 10pm, i was queuing to rinse myself in order to get into the bath, then queue again to bathe after the cramped soak ! Note that the tv stayed the status of the bath as "a little crowded ". That's the one and only time i went to the bath in my 2 nights stay

I booked a double room, and the space was decent, which is good considering rooms in Japan are generally small. It was very clean, and the toiletries were all great. I heard there's an underground passage in winter, but this time I walked above ground. After exiting the ticket gate on the east side, I went out the north exit, and it was about a 5-6 minute walk. The 7-Eleven directly connected to the hotel was super convenient. Downstairs, there's also a Hachikura and a Starbucks. Most importantly, hotel guests get free access to the large public bath! It's truly very convenient~

Great location just 500m from sapporo station 。friendly staff... ，they help to keep our large luggage and while we recheck in after two day, the luggage already in room. Very good service. Onsen in second floor is great too

Hotel is new, elevator to underground can reach Sapporo JR station to Airport by railway. Breakfast is good. Worth recommendation.

The hotel is new and stylish, and entering the lobby gives a pleasant feeling. The room facilities are also very modern. The breakfast area is spacious without feeling crowded, and the food quality is also good. The only downside is that it's slightly far from the JR station.

Very clean and comfortable room. We stayed in Sapporo for one night. The hotel has direct underground access to the train station. Perfect if you’re going somewhere else outside of the city.
