Buffet breakfast is good. The room is clean BUT the toilet shower curtain has a moldy musky smell. The shower curtain needs to be sanitized to get rid of the smell.

Once you get familiar with the route, it's pretty easy walk underground to Sapporo Sation, Stellar Plaze, Namboku and Toho subway live. It's a bit far from Tanukkikoji, but it's walkable underground.
The smart tv in the room has information on public bath congestion and washing machine availability, which we found it useful.
Room cleaning done daily, and we loved to have the drip coffee replenished and getting fresh set of pyjamas daily. The cove lighting in the room is dimmable, nice and cozy, All in all, will stay again when the price is right.

The hotel is like ten minutes away from the JR Sapporo Station, which is somewhat inconvenient if you have your travel by subways or street cars. The hotel is brand new and modern with essential amenities like an ice machine on every floor, microwave ovens and laundromat on the second floor. Guest rooms are spotless clean with plenty power outlets and USB/USB-C charging ports. A bottled water is provided daily per person. The best thing about this hotel is the nice public bath and sauna room.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Emion. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed.
The location is excellent—convenient to city attractions, transport and shop, yet quiet enough to relax. I also really appreciated the delicious breakfast, hot spa, beautiful pool, or efficient housekeeping].
Overall, my experience exceeded expectations.

The hotel is clean and quiet. It offers great customer service, although the public bath can get a little crowded at times. As for the location, its convenience really depends on your travel itinerary. Personally, I prefer staying around Tanukikoji—it has a wider variety of food options.

Initially when we arrived at the station, we didn’t realise that we could walk the underground tunnels directly to the hotel. After learning the twists and turns underground it made this hotel’s location much more comfortable. The room was a tad small for 3 beds but we were still happy with the service.
