I had a wonderful stay at Granbell Sapporo Hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the sheets and towels were always very clean and fresh. It really made each night’s rest feel so good, especially after a full day of exploring Sapporo.
The hotel itself feels new, modern, and very well maintained. Combined with its convenient location near Sapporo Station, shops, food options, and attractions, it’s an easy choice for travellers.
I genuinely enjoyed my stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Sapporo.

Sapporo Hotel by Granbell offers a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which makes guests feel genuinely welcomed from the moment they arrive.
The hotel itself is modern and clean, with immaculate rooms that reflect great attention to detail. We booked a corner suite and were delighted to be assigned a high-level room with a fantastic view, which made the stay even more memorable.
Location is another strong point. The hotel is conveniently situated near Sapporo Station, making it easy to get around the city. Major shopping destinations such as Stellar Place, Daimaru, and other large malls are all within easy reach, perfect for dining and shopping.
One thing to note for travelers who are driving: although parking is available at the hotel, there is a daily parking fee for hotel guests. This is worth factoring into your plans if you intend to rent a car.
Overall, Sapporo Hotel by Granbell is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a modern, well-located hotel with friendly service and high-quality rooms.

The public bath is very decent and popular. With 4 selection of bathes.
And the room size isn’t too bad. Just one thing to challenge, it’s not very closed to city centre, but I like quiet area, so that’s no an issue to me.

房間挺大的，擺兩個行李箱綽綽有餘。走到札幌站最近的一個口差不多10分鐘，25樓有浴場可以俯視札幌市區，view很好。

The hotel is new and the location is very convenient! Around 5min walk to Sapporo JR station and convenient store downstairs. There are several pools in the Onsen area, it gets a bit crowded after 10pm.

Great hotel location, walking distance to Sapporo Station. Safe is too small to put laptop. Room is big but not enough furnishings, no proper table to make tea or coffee in the room. Toilet is big but not enough hooks to hang towel or clothes.
