You can reach the hotel from Sapporo JR Station via the underground walkway, which is about a five-minute walk and very convenient. However, once you arrive at the Hulic Building, it takes a bit of searching to find the hotel entrance because the signs are not very clear. If you're not paying close attention, it's easy to miss the entrance. The hotel lobby is on the 10th floor. As for the room, all the facilities are very new and clean, making for a comfortable stay. On the downside, the room overlooks a very large construction site where work is carried out 24/7, so there's a slight noise at night.

An excellent hotel, highly recommended. The room was quite spacious, and the hotel is very close to both the JR and subway stations, which is super convenient. There are also Daimaru and Tokyu department stores nearby, plus a continuous underground shopping street, so you don't have to worry about rain. Although there's currently road construction across from the hotel, the noise was acceptable. Highly, highly, highly recommended!

For my trip to Sapporo, my top priority was the accommodation. While most Japanese hotels are clean, there are some exceptions, so I started searching six months before my trip, and this was my final choice. Since it was a newly opened facility, the amenities and location were so excellent that I'd want to come back. However, I had read many reviews about construction noise, and there was a notice when I booked. Being a light sleeper, I woke up 2-3 times on the first night due to the noise, while my husband said he slept well and wasn't bothered. I'm very sensitive to smells and sounds, so the construction noise sounded quite loud to me. The facilities were clean and satisfactory, but I was a little disappointed to see a noticeable layer of dust on shelves and in corners of the room. The bedding and bed had a medium-hard firmness, similar to what we use at home, which was perfect. What I liked most, undoubtedly, was the fantastic location, which made it easy to get anywhere. I would definitely consider revisiting for my next Sapporo trip if the construction noise is reduced. There's a Patagonia store on the first floor of the hotel. They don't offer tax-free shopping, but if you look carefully in the outlet section, you can really snag some great deals... My husband and I got a Houdini, a Gata jacket, a hat, and more, all at very affordable prices.

This is a newly opened hotel, and the facilities are spotless. The location is very convenient, with direct elevator access to the underground shopping street, so you don't have to worry about the weather. The room size was better than I expected. Although the main breakfast dishes were limited and the same for both days, it's still worth trying. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have a car park, which is inconvenient if you're driving, and parking nearby is quite expensive since it's in the city center.

A perfect base for exploring Sapporo! It's within walking distance to Hokkaido University, Susukino, and Nakajima Park. Getting to Mount Moiwa for night views is also super convenient. Highly recommend!!!

The room was spacious, but the bed was hard, and I couldn't sleep well all night. Everything else was good, the location was excellent, and while the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was delicious. They have a hot spring pool, but it's quite basic, with no outdoor onsen or warm sauna, and no free popsicles or ice cream. The service was genuinely great; both the front desk and restaurant staff were friendly, warm, and attentive. It's good value for money, and I highly recommend it if you don't mind a firm bed.

The location is excellent! It's an easy walk to the Sapporo JR Station and subway, less than 10 minutes. The hotel is located in a mixed-use building with restaurants downstairs like Jojoen Yakiniku, Matsuo Genghis Khan, and Torichou yakitori. Across from the subway exit on the first basement floor, there's a Lawson convenience store and a McDonald's, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel facilities include a public bath, which is very relaxing. If you're not comfortable using the public bath, your room also has a shower and bathtub. Regarding sleep, please note that there's ongoing construction 24 hours a day, so you might hear construction noises late at night.
