KOKO HOTEL Sapporo Susukino 2nd

The location is super convenient; you can walk to Tanukikoji, and the subway station is also within walking distance. There's a FamilyMart right next to the hotel, and several other convenience stores a few hundred meters away. The room was clean and the bathroom was quite spacious!

I stayed for four days and really appreciated the daily towel changes, even though bed making was done every three days. I could hear noises from the room next door, but I wasn't in the hotel much, so it didn't bother me. Thank you!

The entire hotel was clean, and the amenities were well-stocked, making for a comfortable stay! What I particularly appreciated was that DHC cleansing oil, facial wash, toner, and milky lotion were all individually packaged and freely available! There were also many other amenities like hairbrushes and body towels for washing. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were also DHC products, and pajamas, a refrigerator, and towels were all provided. There was an ice machine on the second floor. A kettle is also available, but water is not provided, so it's a good idea to bring your own if needed. Overall, the hotel felt very clean and was comfortable! Furthermore, they held our luggage even after check-out, which was convenient for sightseeing! With such a wide range of amenities, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to pack light!

The family room comes with one large bed and one small bed, and they provide three sets of pajamas and amenities. The downside is that the room is a bit small, with no extra space to open up a suitcase. There's only a small cabinet above the mini-fridge to put things on, serving as a makeshift table. It's probably best suited for families with less luggage.

• It was very convenient to travel from CTS Airport. I took the Limousine Airport Bus and walked about 10 minutes from the bus station to the hotel. However, I recommend allowing extra time when returning by bus, as the buses can be quite full and the queue to board can be very long. • The bed was very wide, and there was space under the bed to store luggage. • The shower and rain shower had excellent water pressure! I loved it. • Housekeeping service is provided every 3 days. But if you prefer not to have them enter your room, they will hang fresh towels outside your door daily. • They offer a washing machine/dryer, water dispenser, ice dispenser, microwave, iron (available upon request at reception), free black coffee machine, currency exchange machine, and paid parking. These amenities were very comprehensive.

The location is convenient, about an 8 to 10-minute walk to Susukino Station. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which is handy. Across the street, there's a popular ramen shop that always has a long line, definitely worth a try. Free coffee is available in the lobby.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was pretty good, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent, close to the bustling Susukino area.
