Odysis Sapporo Odori Koen Hotel

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. I especially want to commend the polite and handsome young man and the lovely woman (even though she was wearing a mask) at the front desk. Both of them were incredibly kind and helped me book round-trip tickets to Lake Toya, treating me with great care. The female staff member even looked up the boarding location for me. Their help was invaluable, and I am very grateful. I would definitely recommend Odysis Sapporo Odori Koen Hotel to my friends.

The location is fantastic, right next to Odori Park. It's just a 3-minute walk to the hotel from the bus stop after taking the bus from New Chitose Airport to Sapporo. During my stay, the Hokkaido Food Festival was happening at Odori Park, which was really lively. The hotel has all the basic amenities, and there's even a free coffee machine and mineral water available in the lobby on the first floor. Excellent value for money!

Both the accommodation quality and service are great! I had a request for the hotel front desk, and they were very helpful. You can also enjoy coffee, and there's a breakfast service available in the morning if you need it.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Odori Park. I even caught the Sapporo Beer Garden festival during my stay and enjoyed three days of beer-drinking – it was fantastic! The hotel itself is also great, and the service was excellent. Thumbs up!

The Odyssey Sapporo Odori Park Hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Odori Park. The surrounding area is quiet, making for a peaceful and comfortable stay. We were incredibly lucky to be there during the Sapporo Beer Garden festival, with the event grounds right outside the hotel, which made getting around and enjoying ourselves incredibly convenient. This was also the hotel where we stayed the longest in Sapporo. Considering it was peak summer travel season, the price we got was outstanding, offering exceptional value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, we were very satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Sapporo.

The room hygiene was unacceptable. I understand prices were high due to the beer festival, but after checking in, I found uncleaned feces near the toilet. This really soured my mood. Being in a foreign country, I had no choice but to call the front desk for a re-clean. There was only one person at the front desk, so checking in took a long time, and then I had to wait again for the cleaning.

The room is small but has everything you need. There's free coffee in the lobby. Facilities: There's an elevator. Odori Park is right outside, and Odori Subway Station is a 10-minute walk away. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Tidy. Service: Decent, no complaints.

I went with my younger sibling and loved that it was right in front of Odori Park, haha. There are also many convenience stores nearby!
