Odysis Sapporo Odori Koen Hotel

It’s very nice, friendly, convenient, in the city center hotel. It’s very easy to go anywhere in the city.

Good strategy location, convenient to odori and sapporo. value for money.

This is a heartfelt thank you for the amazing staff by the name Kato. She and her colleagues are bubbly and always happy to welcome and assist us. Let me start with the hotel, it's perfectly located within walking distance, just opposite the Odori park where they host Sapporo beer fest and the bus airport shuttle bus. It's cheap and it has all the amenities one would expect for the price one pay. The room is clean, they have free water and coffee at the lobby and also microwave available for guests to use. So, let's go back to Kato the amazing front desk staff. So, I didn't realize that it was Obong- The Japanese Summer holiday, and to my dismay, all buses and transportation to my next destination in Hokkaido were booked up. Kato tried her very best and patiently tried to find my alternatives to get there. Her passion for service was really touching and I could see that she was very sincere. I promised you, we took like more than 30 minutes exhausting all means to get to where I wanted to go. Despite not being able to go there, her effort and patience and sincerity in assisting me truly made my stay memorable. To Kato, I hope one day, I'll get to visit Sapporo again and stay at this hotel. Arigato Gozaimasu!
