The room was a bit small, but the bed was super comfy – I pretty much slept like a log every night. They also have a hot spring, and the breakfast was really good with lots of options. Location-wise, it's very convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Exit 22. Plus, it's really close to Odori Park.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights during the Christmas holidays. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, and there's an airport limousine bus that drops you off right at the entrance, which takes about 80 minutes to 2 hours. For breakfast, you can choose between Western and Japanese options. The hotel also has an onsen (hot spring), and you can check the crowdedness level on the TV, which was usually not busy. Between the JR Nikko Hotel and this one, the room size was the deciding factor in the end 🤭. We chose the South Tower, which is also relatively new, and the room was incredibly spacious – enough to open a large suitcase. It was also very clean. They have self-service laundry and a bathtub. It's about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station. A taxi ride costs around 1000 JPY, so it's convenient to grab one if you're tired. The New Chitose Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. For the return trip to the airport, the bus stop is just across the street at the Crown Plaza. Taking the airport bus is much more comfortable than dragging suitcases through the snow.

Modern classic hotel with high class interior design. Service was good. Attentive staff who tried to communicate using the translator device. Shower cap is not provided, otherwise the amenities provided are essential & necessary for a comfortable stay. Pyjamas are provided too. It was stuffy in the middle of night, so we informed front desk. Not long after, the service staff came up with a portable fan & opened our window a little. Buffet breakfast was a delicious spread. Location - conveniently located between Odori & Sapporo stations.

Had a great stay here! The hotel offers a direct shuttle to the airport, it's only 10 minutes from JR Sapporo Station, 5 minutes from Odori Subway Station, and very close to the shopping district. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo.
