The hotel is not very close to the metro station, about a 7–10 minute walk from Susukino Station exit 4 or 5.
The room is not very spacious but still manageable. There is limited space once you open your luggage, though it is still bearable to move around. The public bath is pleasant and comes with a sauna. After your bath, you can enjoy a sweet treat of ice cream, which is a nice touch.
Breakfast offers an excellent spread and is the main reason I chose this hotel. Imagine starting your day with plenty of ikura, hotate, and snow crab — all you can eat. It’s definitely one of the highlights of the stay.

The hotel is new, modern, and very clean, offering a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast is excellent, featuring a wide variety of dishes including fresh sashimi and delicious crab — a real highlight for seafood lovers. The onsen is also wonderful — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Susukino, where there are many restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay with great facilities, excellent food, and easy access to everything you need.

房間是標準的日式商務酒店的配置，比正常的似乎還略大一些。很乾凈。小朋友有專門的小童館內着，小童枕頭，小童洗漱用品 免費提供。
泡湯的地方很不錯。泡完可以去一樓喝一杯涼涼的歡迎飲料。早餐更是非常好，怎麼説呢，就看這碗海鮮飯的成色吧！
服務人員也很好。前台有個女生十分親切可愛，小朋友實在喜歡她，回房間還給她畫了一張小畫非要送給她🥰

I was uncomfortable with the sewer smell coming from the sink in the room. Other than that, the location was great, and they offered complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch.

The hotel is 5 mins walk from Susukino underground station and around 20-30 mins walk from Sapporo station. Breakfast was extensive and definitely the highlight for the stay with options like hotate and tuna sashimi as well as hokkaido crab legs! The room was small which was typical for Japanese hotels but clean and functional. There was also a public bath but was usually crowded. If you are staying at this hotel, definitely go for the breakfast!
