Our hotel has introduced a non-personal check-in system, where you check in by entering your reservation number or name (katakana, English capital letters, English lower case letters, etc.) on your tablet. We also apologise for the inconvenience caused by the bedroom being too small. The maximum bed size is a double size. We do not have queen or king size beds available and we are very sorry that you were not able to relax. The rooms are also fully equipped with a washing machine, sink, gas, refrigerator, frying pan, dishes, rice cooker, microwave, etc., so you can cook your own meals and it is an inconvenient setting even for long-term stays.
