Nice & clean hotel room, everything is perfect, enjoy staying at this hotel. Breakfast set is simple & nice, love it.

Location was excellent. Very close to the bus stop for buses arriving from Chitose airport and noboribetsu. Easy walk to Sapporo station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Onsen was nice, although I don’t think it’s mineral onsen water. More of a hot water public bath but it was fun and relaxing nonetheless. They have a library of popular manga in Japanese. Room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I liked the environmentally friendly option of travellers donating items they no longer want/need to reception who will help to donate it to welfare groups. Pillow bar unfortunately didn’t really have any stock of pillows to choose from so was a bit redundant.

Excellent stay! The hotel is convenient and easy to access, with great transportation links. It's also very quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, even bowing. There's a large public bath and laundry facilities (washer and dryer) on the basement level. It's super convenient for getting to the JR station and exploring Aomori at night.

The room isn't huge, but it's big enough to fit two 28-inch suitcases. The sink is outside the bathroom. The hot spring pool downstairs is tiny and I wouldn't recommend it – it didn't seem very clean and had a lot of hair in it. The hotel's location is decent, quite close to Exit 24 of Sapporo Station, and there's a convenience store nearby. There's also a good set-menu restaurant right next door. I'd still recommend it overall.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to Sapporo Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room itself is quite spacious for this type of hotel, easily accommodating two 28-inch suitcases. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a large and comfortable onsen (hot spring bath) that's perfect for unwinding after a long journey.

The hotel was conveniently located and was clean and well kept. Only challenge was that the carpark was a bit narrow for our 7-seater Toyota Alphard to get in and out of. We decided to park at the open carpark that was just next to the hotel instead.

Value for money. Very attentive service. Love the pillow corner. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs is also value for money.

Even though 'JR' is in the hotel's name, it's not actually that close to the JR station – about a 10-minute walk. There's a convenience store right across from the hotel. If convenience for getting around is a top priority for you, I wouldn't really recommend this place, especially if you're hauling luggage in snowy weather.

The hotel is very close to the Sapporo Station exit, and most importantly, it's very close to the boarding point for the Jozankei Kappa Liner bus. You can easily walk there with your luggage, and there's a Yamato Transport (Kuroneko) service nearby where you can send your bags. The hotel's service is excellent; the front desk has a translation device that makes communication smooth. There's a smoking room on the first floor and a laundry room with washers and dryers, along with a public bath, in the basement. The hotel room is also good, perfect for two people.

Exclusive carpark for hotel customers and the front counter provides excellent service.

Hotel location is amazing, easily arrived via Airport Limousine Bus, dropping us at S22 stop. Close to many great restaurants, highly recommended, bed is comfy and they allow u to choose your own type of pillow preference too. Amazing experience, thank you hotel team.

I'm very recommend this hotel, because the location is very good. Easy to walk to the bus stop or JR station. Although the Onsen not so big, but it can help us to relax...👍👍👍

The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station's south gate. The rooms are clean, a suitable size, and well-equipped. The staff are helpful and provide excellent service. There is an onsen (hot spring) available. Breakfast offers a variety of set options and tastes good.

Good location in downtown Sapporo. Excellent concierge service.
