The room was surprisingly spacious. It is in the heart of Susukino where there are many restaurants and bars to go to during the evening. The complimentary breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast offering of most hotels, which is absolutely fine… parking is quite expensive though. Nevertheless, this hotel is highly recommended for your Sapporo stay…

The hotel room has a window, but it is sealed with opaque frosted paper and cannot be opened. The hygiene is good, the breakfast is not bad, and it is within walking distance of the most lively area in Sapporo Susukino District

The location is great. It's in the center of downtown Susukino so you won't have any trouble getting anywhere. I wish the entrance was a little easier to find.

Although I checked in late, the front desk staff explained everything to me in detail. The room was perfectly cleaned and tidy, and I felt very comfortable. The free breakfast had such a good selection and taste that I asked myself, "Is it okay to have it for free?" The staff at the breakfast venue were all very polite. The free coffee service at the front desk was also a big plus. It was nice that amenities were provided in the room. It felt a bit pricey for a weekend, but the service was worth it. I would like to use this hotel again.

It seems that they mistakenly booked for two people instead of one adult, but they showed us to the room for one person as originally booked, which I am grateful for. Also, even though we didn't have breakfast, the breakfast voucher service was very much appreciated. I am also grateful for their help with my forgotten items that I realized after checking out. Since it is located in a downtown area, I would definitely like to use their services again next time.

It was conveniently located near the station! The room was spacious too. There are lots of shops around, and it's a lively town, so you'll never have trouble finding something to eat.

This was my first time staying here. First of all, the location is great. It's right in the middle of Susukino, so it's a very convenient place for eating and drinking. The building is not new, but it's clean and the hotel staff are very friendly. The breakfast is not as good as other hotels that advertise themselves as having breakfast, but the quality was more than sufficient for a free breakfast. The price this time was also cheaper than surrounding hotels, so this is a hotel I would consider staying at in the future.

The bed is quite big. The bathroom is relatively small, but you can soak in public hot springs, so it is basically not used. We stayed for seven days, and it was very convenient to have a washing machine to wash clothes.

The parking staff were very friendly. I exchanged good morning with the older staff and they cheered me up. I'll do my best today too.

Hygiene: We stayed for three days, and the bed sheets were not changed once. We asked for a change but received no response.

The room is relatively spacious and two large boxes can be opened at the same time, which is particularly convenient. It's about a 5-minute walk from Susukino Subway Station and within walking distance of Tanukikoji. The hotel reception is on the fifth floor, hot springs and breakfast are also on the fifth floor, and Lawson is on the first floor. The room faced the main street but was quiet because it was on a higher floor. The room provided is in a good location, neither near the elevator nor at the end of the corridor (some hotels like to put Chinese people in rooms next to the elevator or at the end of the corridor. I have encountered this many times in other hotels). The girl at the front desk has a very good attitude.
